I dont know if any of you have become interested in becoming a crew member or a Vice Captain. Well, guess what, here's your chance!
All you have to do is the following list (just so I know you can actually do the job!).
The people who are already crew right now were chosen for specific reasons, and I would appreaciate it if you didn't grumble about what you have to do if you want to become a crew member or vice captain.
To become a crew member you must:
1. Invite at least 10 people to the guild.
2. Display the guild banner either on your siggy, profile, or start some thread that advertises the guild well.
3. Start up your own RP in the member-created RP, and maintain it (if you become a crew member I will move it into the crew-created RP's).
4. Become an active guild member. Dont just post every few days, I expect you to post minimum 10 posts at the very least every other day or so. If you cant be online, or you got trouble, fine, tell me so when you get back on, but dont expect me to let it go if I know your online but just not posting, to be a crew member of this guild you MUST be dedicated!
5. Either create a nice banner for the guild, or you can donate some money to it.
To become a vice captain:
1. Invite at least 25 people to the guild, at least 10 of them joining. Let me know ahead of time when your inviting them, or just tell me who you invited so I can know (Im not saying I dont trust you, just it'll be hard to keep track of, though I can do so...)
2. You MUST display the banner in your signature or profile.
3. Create one or more (your choice) Rp's in the member-created RP's subforum, and get it going within a week and a half. (Again, if you become a vice captain I will move it to the crew-created rp, and if you can become a vice captain I will make it the crew/vice captain create rp's).
4. You MUST be an active guild member. Posting at least 20 times every other day or so. Again, if you for some reason cant get on such as homework, school, computer problems, illness ect, that is fine, just as long as I know about it afterwards!
5. You MUST create a banner for the guild. There are no specifications, size doesn't matter (as long as it can be used), but it must advertise the entire name. Although, if you do not have the proper systems to create a banner, than I will allow you to make it up by making 5 advertising threads in 5 different gaia forums.
I expect for you to keep me updated on your progress if you wish to become either of these, im not going to baby sit you on something like this, otherwise what would be the point?
