Far south in the Ocean of Reliability, sets a small little island. The island is rocky, with a few sprouts of greenery here and there. The island is in fact very small, and is surrounded by protruding corals and rocks. Its is near impossible to reach except through the ability of flight.
The very middle of the island sits a rather active Volcano, no where near as big or strong as the one that resides on the Island of Courage. This island is new, having formed most recently from the eruption of the data stream, that gave live to it. It formed the data that created the Dracomon. Almost all dracomon come from this island.
The island is surround by tubes and tunnels of caves, that are constantly crushing and stabilizing the island in the ocean. The island has been untouched by outsiders so its it is the most neutral area of all the Digital World. The island seems to have its own barrier that keeps those out that wish to change what it is.
The inhabitants of the island are not all aggressive but are not welcoming of outsiders at all. Under the volcano is small cavern that protects the Dracomon, where the power of teh island is the strongest. No one can enter unless they are accompanied by a dracomon, or one of those that call the island home.
They only way in and out, other than through flight is an under water cavern. Seeing as dracomon can't hold their breathe long enough they are unable to use it.
