 We all want this place to run productivly. I know we all hate waiting for people like me to post to move an rp along. But we dont want to water down the quality of your expirience here. So how do we recruit new and quality members? Any suggestions? I'll throw a few ideas into a poll. So Toss you ideas in and lets run them up the flagpole and see who salutes.

However, though I do look damn sexy in a school girl costume, it wont be effective in recruiting QUALITY roleplayer's. All it will attract is more perverts who will compete with you all for my attention; and you wouldn't want that now, would you? wink
I like the idea of having a seperate thread in the forums to pull the GOOD roleplayers from. This would be problematic, however, in that someone would have to monitor it...and I just haven't got the time or energy for a "n00bs in a bar" thread. sweatdrop
Inviting friends is helpful; recruiting from, or becoming affiliated with, other similar-type Guilds is also a good suggestion. My only other thought is to search Gaia members by interest under "roleplaying" etc., check out their RP abilities by checking their posts, and then invite them to see if they bite.
*shrug* Other than that...I dunno. I'm content with the Guild-size as it is, but I wouldn't object to more members. Would help diversify things a bit, so that the majority of the RP posting isn't done by NPC's and mules. xd

Can my guild migrate over to this guild? I have two or three very active role-players at my guild that would glady join. I'm revamping my guild and they need a place to role-play for the time being so.....
