So hot and sticky here, those meringues would never work, but they look so good! Seems that most of our cooking lately has been outside.

Okay, most of these are old but it's been a while, and I'm still proud of them =) Recipe requests are always welcome. wink

12 POUND veggie lasagna heart Yes, I measured it before I put it in the oven because the thing was so damn heavy to pick up.

Caramel apples from back in the Fall when our neighbor's apple tree was producing a ton. Adorned with cashews, caramel, peanuts, chocolate, and coconut =) Delicious.

My very first lattice pie crust from back in August, on an apple pie:

This is an absolutely amazing spinach, walnut, and orange salad with homemade feta dressing that I got out of a cookbook called Three Bowls. The oranges are on the side because my fiancé despises fruit in salad... Oh, and there are also (mostly eaten) cream cheese stuffed black olives in the background, which are delicious and super easy to boot heart

A Double Berry Poached Pear, also from Three Bowls, with whipped cream whee

"Baker's Dozen" yeast pull-apart rolls, from some homemaker magazine..

Tofu-mushroom parmigiana! I was actually amazed at how good this was; I didn't think Italian-style tofu would go over well, but it did.

I have more, but they're on my camera. I'll put them on here when I get them on the computer, and probably resize them to be nice xd
