He's a surgeon dude with all these scalpels on arms that come out of his head/neck. All Horrors seem to fill their stomachs by eating people, so it's no different from this dude. He helps cure all people in a near death state, which makes them very happy. Then he devours them at their happiest moment, as they taste most delicious at that time. That's wrong.
