I could not live without music smile I'm one of those people who NEVER leave the house without my iPod, haha.
I like all sorts of music, but my default genres are hard rock and metal. I also like soundtracks, jazz, one rapper (Eminem - smart and funny), and one country singer (Mr. Cash, of course). Classic rock and alternative are nice, too.
Some favorites (but not even close to being the whole list) are:
Chris Cornell, A Perfect Circle, Billy Joel, Audioslave, Tool, Sting, U2, Dream Theater, Stone Temple Pilots, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Soundgarden, 311, Maroon 5, Finger Eleven, Korn, Rolling Stones, Bob Seger, Incubus, Def Leppard, Tears for Fears, Huey Lewis and the News, Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Staind, Foo Fighters, Bing Crosby, The Offspring, Ella Fitzgerald, Barenaked Ladies, etc.

Incubus! Did you know they made it into DJ hero? That and Daft Punk are the only reasons I'd buy it. razz
I might say it's in my blood, but I've got a resurfaced liking for Great Big Sea. Best band from Newfoundland ever. And they can do R.E.M.'s "The End of the World" at newfie-talk speed. Which is fast.
