Asad looked down "I .. I'm not sure, it just seemed like the best word for this sudden and strange emotions I feel. It could be the first pangs of love, or I could just be feeling the affects of finding a close kindred spirit ... I'm not sure which is why I'm so confused." He listened silently to the next words spoken by Udi and had no reply for them, he just looked down again and studied the sands beneath her hooves.
"Yea," Asad moved on not bothering to lift his head as his thoughts whirled like angry bees in his mind trying to sort out his feelings and emotions to figure out what he wanted. His long tail twitched slowly back and forth leaving a little trail behind him.

Udi looked away for a few moments. He wasn't sure what else he could say to the stallion to make him feel better. It had seemed like such a perfect day but now, he wasn't so sure. He had only been looking for a partner, someone who loved him and understood him, but he also didn't want to hurt Asad's feelings. He sighed a little. Even he wasn't quite sure what he wanted anymore.
"Maybe we could just stay friends for now? It would give us a chance to get to know each other, afterall we've only just met." It was true though, it really hadn't been long, but perhaps that was a sign? To be taken with someone so soon so as to barely know him and fall in love? Oh he just didn't know anymore, he didn't know what he wanted or what was best for him. He also didn't want to go about breaking any hearts.
"Maybe if we take it slow we will realize that we aren't for each other? Or maybe we will realize the complete opposite and that we are completely made for each other. Either way it seems that there can't be much harm in waiting though can there? Why don't we just talk a little while and get to know each other."

Asad smiled, it wasn't nearly as happy go lucky as it had been before "Indeed," he was starting to feel flighty he wanted to run and fly home and stay there hiding under his fruit tree for gods only knows how long at least until he figured his own mind out. He flicked his tail back and forth continuing to let his tail drag across the sandy ground.
"Maybe we could," Asad's voice was soft and distant once more he'd never had a true friend always being distant and aloof and so stubborn that nobody wanted to be near him, so what made him think this friendship could work any better? Asad shook his head again and flicked his ears back and forth. He should have just stayed at home instead of traveling out here.
Asad almost laughed a bitter laugh at that and how utterly unpleasant it sounded. "What do you want to discuss then Udi?" he tilted his head as he watched his purple companion beside him through the golden brown orbs that had before been vibrant but now were dancing back and forth between withdrawn and open willing to talk to his companion.

Udi pondered a few moments as he swished his golden tail back to swat at flies. The sun beat gently down on his back and warmed him, though the wind was still blowing it wasn't nearly as cold as it had been. Gulls still flew over head and creatures still scuttled about on the beach. Nothing had changed outwardly, the beach was still the same and the creatures still the same. No, nothing had changed, except for the two confused stallions who couldn't seem to get their minds straight.
He sighed a little and then looked back to his companion. "Do you often come to Quirne? I personally like to spend about as much time here as I can. I find it very relaxing and soothing. No one ever seems to bother me here, all of my troubles just kind of float away with the sea, you know?" Okay so it sounded cheesey but it was honestly what he felt. No where else did he feel that he was at home. Sure D'Ob was rather nice but it still didn't beat Quirne.

"Not really, I wonder a lot as I haven't had a place offer something up to tie me down." He shrugged slightly and looked ahead, "wouldn't know I tend to bottle troubles up and leave them be." He knew that was bad and that one day all the pent up emotions and pain would come exploding out like the cataclysmic eruption of a volcano.
He flicked his tail back and forth and shifted his wings upon his back. Tossing his mane Asad made his fur lock fall into his eyes covering them fir the most part except for the slight glint of goldish brown behind the creamy mane.

Udi sighed a little and let the cool ocean breeze whip through his hair. He wasn't quite sure what to say really. The conversation had become quite awkward and he was unsure of what to do next. He really enjoyed his companions company, but did he love him? Was this just lust? Or was it the real thing? Should he leave or stay? There were really so many questions and too few answers. However, even if he could answer the questions it would only bring even more to his mind.
"Well we need to do something..." He paused a moment and thought. "What can we do? There are just so many questions and not enough answers." What to do? How could he leave Asad here alone? He could, but that wouldn't be fair to the other stallion. Though, he was afraid he could come to no conclusion with the stallion near.

Asad liked the feel of the cool breeze against his warm coat and the way it made his mane rustle against his dark neck. It was like mother nature's loving caress to him. Closing his eyes as he walke dhe tilted his head up into the breeze until it died away then he lowered it oncemore and looked to Udi.
The stallion looked aroud then eyed the crashing waves, it had been awhile since he'd romped in those waves and it drew him in. "Wel .. Do oyu like to play in the ocean?" It was the only idea he had, he nor his wings felt like taking flight at the moment. He continued to watch the stallion beside him wondeirng if he liekd to play in the ocean or not.

Udi's eyes lit up. He enjoyed playing in the ocean, it was probably one of his favorite things, and he really wasn't sure why he hadn't thought of it before. "I'd love to play in the ocean." He nipped the other stallion playfully and raced towards the waves. The cold water shocked him a little at first, but he pressed on until the water was up to he belly. He turned then and looked to see if Asad had followed him.
