Again the cover shows Zarel and the Undertaker, both lying in the pieces of table on the side of the stage at the end of their match. Across the bottom it reads:

No Man Standing; Champion Retains the Gold

The Mojo IS Rising

Adam Mastrocola has been able to concur a lot of feats in XCW recently. He is now currently the XCW T.V. Champion by getting an outstanding defeat over AJ Styles. He has battled The Undertaker and came close to winning, but resulted into a no contest. He now has the chance to unify the WWCW Hardcore Championship and the XCW T.V. Championship together at Hellfire. He is a rising star, just like his mojo.

Just last week he was in an Over The Top Battle Royale against people like Shawn Michaels, Cartwright, Mystique, Matt Shanahan, and others. He was able to survive all but one as he received the second place finish. The Mojo does not see second place as bad because now he has a shot at the WWCW World Heavyweight Title.

Mr. Wrestlemania Has Arrived

This last week's main event was an over the top rope battle royale to decide who would be in this year's main event at Wrestlemania. Title shots were granted to each of the top 4, but only the last man in the ring would challenge one of the world champions at Wrestlemania. The last man was none other than the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels. It was truly an impressive performance, as he eliminated Christina Parks, Matt Shanahan, Janelle Damone, Cartwright, and Adam Mastrocola to win the battle royale and earn his place in Wrestlemania.

Shawn Michaels:Going into the battle royale, I had something to prove. I'd been in some show stopping matches with Brandon, Janelle, and Trish, but the cruiser division doesn't really need the Heartbreak Kid. And besides that, I was yearning to be in the main event again. It was high time that the Showstopper proved just why he's always been the main event. And I want the gold again. Over the past few years I've been in some of the best main events this company had to offer, and it's time to prove that i can do it again. And it's time for someone to get the XCW Undisputed championship off Zarel. When i was world champion here, i had my share of problems with the Phenom as well, but i fought him myself. I didn't get myself disqualified, and i took the Undertaker on in his specialty matches. He reflects badly on the company, and while the undertaker might have failed to get the job done, i can assure you i won't. So,Zarel, get ready, because I'm going to take you to the top of the mountain one last time on the grandest stage of them all. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, prepare yourselves because Mr. Wrestlemania has arrived!

Title Changes Hands Again

Since the beginning of the invasion by WWCW, we've seen a rivalry begin between WWCW's Jed and XCW's Kane. They've had several run ins, starting on the night of the invasion when the two brawled until Kane leveled Jed with a chokeslam. At Ground Zero, Kane took out cartwright with a steel chair and again Jed came out, resulting in another brawl in which Kane tossed Jed from the ring and chokeslammed Cartwright straight to hell. Last week, after a grueling match for the intercontinental championship in which Kane just barely won, Jed came out and gave the Big Red Machine a devastating JKO, earning himself a title shot from the enraged monster.

Kane's first title match started off similarly to all his matches, with Kane dominating his opponent, beating him from pillar to post until Jed managed to mount a comeback. Unfortunately, as Kane attempted his comeback, Jed caught him in a roll up and used the ropes to pin Kane for the Intercontinental title on Kane's first title defense. Jed left the ring satisfied and with his first taste of championship gold in XCW, but with a big red target on his back. Kane is undoubtedly still hunting him, though Jarel wouldn't give him a rematch for the title yet, instead telling Kane that he'd have to earn his rematch by defeating Jed in an Xtreme rules. Much to our horror, we caught up with the always surly Kane and managed to get a few words from him, while he had his hand around our throats.

Kane: Jed may think he's won, but that title is mine. On Impact, I'm going to break him in half, and that's just a match to get my rematch for the gold he screwed me out of. When i finally get my title match, Jed will be lucky if he's still able to breathe on his own, because if i get my rematch, he'll face me in my specialty, one on one, at Wrestlemania.

When we commented on the fact that the chairman has made a title unification match for the XCW Intercontinental and WWCW United States championships in 2 weeks time, Kane scowled at us and had this to say.

Kane: The best thing he can do is to lose that title match, because it will ensure that he won't get the beating of his life at the biggest stage of them all. What it will ensure is that I'll end his career a whole lot sooner.

No Man Standing

Just before WWCW invaded XCW, the undertaker was celebrating a year long reign as the XCW Undisputed champion. After having beaten down the likes of Kane, the Rock, and Shawn Michaels, among others, the Deadman seemed unstoppable. But an over the top rope battle royale was not in his favor, as he was the first eliminated and the title changed hands several times before settling on Zarel Damone. Zarel, already the intercontinental and tag team champion, added a third title to his waist by winning the top prize in this business, and added a very big target on his back. The Undertaker was determined to get his gold back and he knew the easiest way to get it was to kick the hell out of the champion. The Deadman made his presence felt in a match putting Zarel up against his tag team partner, Cartwright. When the lights went out and the bell tolled, it seemed the bell was tolling on Zarel's title reign. The Phenom gave the champion a thunderous chokeslam and declared his intentions on winning his title back without once saying a word.

As a prelude to the title match scheduled at Ground Zero, the undertaker and kane were granted a shot at the tag team titles, which they seemed to be on their way to winning when Zarel decimated both brothers with a steel chair, and followed up with his signature falling powerbomb finisher to the Deadman. Later that evening, as Zarel and Cartwright attempted to shift their focus to the invasion, The Undertaker and Kane came out and cleaned house, with the Undertaker brawling with Zarel and Kane tossing Cartwright out of the ring, then brawling with Jed. The Brothers of Destruction proved that they were still the big dogs running the yard in XCW, but they weren't finished yet.

At Ground Zero, the Undertaker took on Zarel in a rematch for the title, a match which he dominated until Zarel took the cheap way out, hitting a low blow to get himself disqualified and retain the gold. Unfortunately, there was no escape from the post match beatdown and XCW Chairman immediately decided to have a rematch. However, to be fair to the others in the lockerroom, this was to be the undertaker's last title shot. Win lose or draw, when the two were to face off in a last man standing match, the Undertaker and Zarel would not face each other for the championship again. In the week prior to their rematch, the Undertaker cost Zarel the intercontinental championship, and Zarel in turn cost the Undertaker a victory over the television champion, and all before Zarel tossed the Undertaker off the stage.

Finally, it was time for the showdown. A last man standing match for the richest prize in the business. It was time to prove who the top dog in XCW really was. the match was an all out fight, with weapons coming into the fray fairly soon. The first part of the match was all Undertaker, who beat the champion from pillar to post and succeeded in busting him open in the early goings. the champion eventually managed to fight back, though for a while he was still on the defensive. One brutal chairshot from Zarel gave the champion control for a great deal of the match, until the Undertaker leveled him with the Last Ride. it was a close call, with Zarel just barely getting up before the ten count, and he would later hit his finisher, the falling powerbomb, to try to even things up. the match got bloodier, and an all out brawl ensued, taking the competitors up the ramp and onto the stage. After the undertaker missed a boot, Zarel speared him off the stage, and unfortunately went down with him. The end result, neither man could rise before the count of 10. The two men were left lying in a pile of wood from the table they'd fallen through, wood covered with the blood of both competitors. The champion had retained his title, but not in the most decisive of manners. The match was a draw, and as per the rules made by the chairman the week before, the two would not face off for the gold again. The Undertaker will not get another shot at being the world champion as long as Zarel holds the title. Neither the Undertaker nor Zarel could be reached for comment, but the chairman did have something to say

Jarel: This was a very big rivalry, one that XCW was definitely in need of. While it was entertaining to see the undertaker take on fellow legends in the Rock and Shawn Michaels, it was time for someone else to step up to the plate. It was time for someone new to challenge him for control of the yard. While I didn't approve of my brother's methods in the beginning, it seems he had the right idea in the end. He didn't back down from the Undertaker, he tried to beat the hell out of him. My idea in XCW is not only to entertain the fans, but to show them what it means to be Xtreme. Under the former owner, they got a taste of Xtreme, but not the whole idea. Since I've taken over, I've made sure that they see some Xtreme action, much like this match between Zarel and the Undertaker. And while the Undertaker cannot challenge for the gold again, nowhere in the contract does it say that he can't kick the hell out of Zarel, or vice versa. If those two want to lock up, which I'm sure they still do, there's really no stopping them. If I know the Undertaker, which i damn sure do after watching his career and teaming with him in the past, this issue isn't solved. The title is beyond his reach, and so it isn't his focus. His primary focus is proving that even without the gold, he's still the big dog running his yard. My advice to all the fans is to keep watching. You ain't seen nothing yet.
