Quite actually, in the Newtype (or some anime magazine) Tsundere special, they held an interview with CC's VA, Yukana, and asked what CC might give Lelouch on Valentine's Day. I think it was something along the lines of, 'Yeah, she'll probably give him chocolate and probably add some pizza right afterwards.' I think she also said something about CC just leaving it on the desk since she doesn't like being direct about those kinds of things xD -tries to search for scan in hard drive-
Hmm...Lelouch would probably give CC pizza in return or give her more Cheese-kun plushies (because we all know that he 'loves' having to clean up after them). I can't imagine him being too nice. The two are both tsunderes, after all.
