Here at the guild Shinobi of Randomization we believe that character abilities should come with fate. You take it into gaias hands to help you make a character. You get to make who he/she is, but all of their weapons or techniques are picked on sure luck or chance.
When Joining a village you must first go to a country where that village is located, and request to join, and then the leader will post your info in the village roster of their village. And you will become a full fledged shinobi of randomization.
If you wish to make a new village or open up a country for use, just message I or another captain, and send us 2500 g and we will open up your country for use biggrin
