He destroyed my life...I wouldn't know if it is something to suffer with, because I don't get it. But I found out that estrogen affects PMS, and if you have estrogen-inhibiting foods, then it is supposed to help.
So here is a list: Berries Broccoli Buckwheat Cabbage Citrus Foods Corn Figs Fruits (except apples, cherries, dates, pomegranates) Grapes Green beans Melons Millet Onions Pears Pineapples Squashes Tapioca White rice White flour
You'll have to tell me if it helps or not. I hope it will.
A joke from my boyfriend.Quote: What did one saggy boob say to the other saggy boob? If we don't get some support soon, people are going to think we're nuts.
As for me, I am off to bed, again. I have my first day of work tomorrow and I would still have been asleep if it were not for my nightmare.
Oh, and if my Valentine is out there, I would like to know who you are please. I don't mind that I still haven't gotten anything, I would just like to know that I had a Valentine. >_< Now I will destroy him.

  Many thanks! The main thing that really annoys me is what my period just did to me! Basically, two weeks ago, I only had a few spots, then it stopped, and just today, it came back full force. That's annoying! >.<;
Hehe, thank you again though! This'll give me more of an excuse to eat more olives, I like olives! Grapes are wonderous, and green beans as well. I don't like onions though, ick!

I don't really mind my PMS, I just get really sad for half the week, then really hyper for the other half, then I feel sick and throw-up, and then my period starts. It's not too bad.

Thanks for the help! heart I PMS wicked bad. A few days or so before my period I'll get extremely moody. My ex was annoyed with it when we were dating. Luckily, the guy I'm going out with now hasn't seen the worst of it. Most of the time I need to just calm my hormones but then again, my stupid girlish hormones are the reason for all my troubles in the first place. I'm gonna take your adive though and see if that helps.
