Getting Ready for a trip
First, I'll show you what I bring for each trip I take down to Barrows:
-Inventory-
Ectopial - Used for quick teleport
Dragon Scimitar - Used for fighting in the tunnels
D'hide chaps - used for Ahrim
Crystal Bow* - used for Ahrim
Death and Mind runes - Used for the "Slayers dart" Spell
Prayer Potions - A must have for Barrows
Spade - used for getting into each Brothers crypt
Holy Wrench (optional) - Gives extra Prayer points when you drink a prayer potion
Lobsters** - Used for healing in the tunnels, fighting Verac and Torag.
*can be substituted for Magic shortbow, or any other form of ranged weaponry
**Can be substituted for Sharks or Monkfish
-Equiped-
Helm of Nezitnot - Gives a prayer bonus and good defence for Tunnels
Black D'nide body - for fighting Ahrim
Prostelyt legs - Prayer bonus and average defence for Tunnels
Dragon boots - good defence and strength bonus
Amulet of Glory - Prayer and attack bonus
Unholy book - Prayer and attack bonus
Gloves (Barrows) - used for all bonus
Slayer's Staff - for Slayer Dart spell
Ring of Life - Barrows is a Dangerous Place
Legends cape - Good defence
And make Sure your staff is set to the spell your casting:
