So, how do you all like the new items. Personally, I wish they had made them sooner, but no need to be sad, I'm working towards a cool avi myself. The new hair in my opinion looks really nice, like the Foxy hair. Gaia's gotten the hang of hair, it looks like hair now, and the sneakers are better. So, what does the rest of MP think?

I like some of the new starter items, but feel they should have been introduced as new shop items selling for at least 100g each. It's fairly impossible for most Gaians (even newbies) to not be able to acquire enough funds to buy such items for the said price. It's as if they're saying, "Hey you're new. You don't know how to earn enough gold to buy cheap items. So, well just give you them." xd I don't Gaia gives its users enough credit sometimes.
As far as the hairstyles, they do look nice but I can't see myself using them after purchasing a more expensive style. I'm one of those people that really wish that they hadn't put the idea of Gaia wigs on their never list.

I always think hair and eyes are in need of updates as they're pretty important in the design of our avatars, but I don't like the items. Mostly because it's painfully obvious that they're trying to reel in new users from places I'd rather not be associated with -__-
I've never liked being labeled either and all of these new updates seem like they're dividing us up more than bringing the community together.
It was more fun when we were all just users. *sigh*

You guys are bringing up some good points about catering to new users. But other than all that they are nice cheap items and I got me a few.
