Just played in an Extended PTQ last weekend.

My friend is prepping for the GP this weekend.

I'm fairly certain my metagame info is current for the environment.

How did ya do at the PTQ?

2-3 Drop. Just wasn't expecting a few decks. Played Dredge.

vs. Simic-tron
Round 1 Game 1: My opponent drops down a Platinum Angel.
Round 1 Game 2: My opponent has an early Tormod's Crypt and Mindslaver locks me.

vs. Elf Opposition
Round 2 Game 1: Turn 3 Win.
Round 2 Game 2: The best played and most intense match I had that day. He rids me of 3 Bridges but the fourth eludes him. I shut down his Jitte and he puts down an Opposition. Akroma, Trolls, Ichorids, tokens, I pull down everything in order to out creature him.

Round 3: My opponent is late and immediately concedes the round. Never found out what he was playing.

vs. Red Deck Wins w/ Goyf
Round 4 Game 1: 1 drops ahoy. I'm dead in 5 turns.
Round 4 Game 2: Similar to game 1 except this time, I'm facing down 3 Goyfs.

vs. Ideals
Round 5 Game 1: He combo's out before me.
Round 5 Game 2: Again.

If artifacts are such a problem, then I pull the Ancient Grudges out of my board. Grudge doesn't have the conditional green mana in it's cost, and it flashes back, giving me two uses.

I was actually thinking of running one less Wurm, and one more Tree Shaman.

But I don't appreciate you calling my deck crap. Especially if you're recommending Demonfire, which is completely out of place for this deck. I don't care how many Top 8's you've claimed to gotten in, it doesn't really matter. This deck could still beat any of your decks, unless you happen to specifically tailor one to face off against it.

Instead of this continuing as a pissing contest plz let me know when you are available for some play....

and i never said your deck wsa crap...

it has potential...

you posted it and wanted feedback well i gave it if you dont like my feedback then dont do what i say to do...

and if you meta doesnt call for artifact d then fine that id your meta...

but last time i checks grudge kills an artifact even 2 possible... but that is it

hooligan kills only 1 artifact but it is also a beat stick...

or a blocker...

it has versatility!

But hey, I'm always available for Workstation, and we're both in the guild tourney, so we'll play then.

I would have tried to atleast stuck it out if you have no pro points to try to get sympothy prizes..

and to get a little more attuned with the meta in current Ext

I was out of prize range so I dropped. 13 points to get anything and the best I was looking at was 12 points.
