exactly, but it really comes down to the culture you were raised with, along with the morals and ethics that are highly valued in your life, and most importantly, those that influence you, along with what you pick up on your own, along the way. blaugh

The only thing that I keep pondering is why at times we tend to get weak, and not be able to stand on our own 2 feet. whee

It's just that we let it happen. There's no wonder. It's just something we let happen. Look at the Spartans, they didn't allow weakness, so they stood strong, always. IF you fall, it's almost always exclusively on you. At least, that's how I feel. We all have choices in life, to stand or to fall land on our shoulders. And short of death or horrible injury., there's no reason to collapse. So when we do, it's because we let it happen.

It's our nature to be emotional. Emotions are part of what it means to be human. I would hate to be unemotional. The important thing to remember though, is not about our feelings but our actions. How do we react to our emotions. Or act, not necessarily react. For our emotions are nothing more than the ever changing backdrop to our lives. Like the weather, we cannot control it. We cannot stop the rain or bring it back. But if it's raining we can choose to be in the house or out in the rain. Just like we can choose to accept our emotions, fight our emoitions, or forget your emotions. Either way, we have total control on what we do. So I don't know, I'd say just do what you know is right. And remember that our emotions are a precious gift that can help to guide us. I would hate to live without my trusty emotions.

I would hate to live with my emotions trying to be changed by an outside force, that doesn't really help, especially when nothing bad has happened. xd
