First, here is a description which is on my page:
Starry Elves are a race of elves unique to the lands of Gaia, but are very similar (and possibly related) to what many people know as gray elves. Starry elves are more noble than most elven races, and somewhat haughtier too. They tend to avoid contact with anyone except other elves.
Starry elves pride themselves on their clan affiliations, and their noble houses are headed by lords and ladies. The commoners of this race too, consider themselves more noble than other elves. The various clans and houses of Starry elves cooperate loosely, and in times of dire need will call upon their queen and king to lead them, putting aside their differences for the sake of cooperation against a common threat.
Description of Starry elves: they have pale grey, silver, or white hair (6th hair color set), amber hued eyes (orange, yellow or brown are okay), and pale skin (these elves don't tan very well in the sun!).
Culturally, Starry Elves favor clothing in hues of violets, blues, whites and yellows. They speak similar languages as other elves, and their names vary from region to region, but often resemble the names of other elven races.
Different than other elven races, Starry elves dwell in mountainous and snowy regions of pine forests which have never been gazed upon by a human. Hidden away for centuries, Starry Elves study their arcane magic and lore, amassing knowledge while the rest of the world below remains unaware of their existance.
Occasionally Starry elves will send delegations to deal with other elven populations for trade and information. Starry elves though often weaker as warriors, are more magical even by elven measure. If they receive visitors, it's usually those who wish to learn more of the arcane from them.
