I need your guys help.
I am writing Chapter 11 of the second novel in the "Chimera's Uprising" Trilogy, and i need some opinions.
The secondary antagonist in this book is being humanized, so people can relate a little to why he is the way he is. I want him to still be a hated character, so i am describing his past and all these things that happened to him. Do you (as readers) think this is a good idea. Do you like knowing why villians are the way they are? Even if it makes you feel sorry for them even for a second.
I doubt humanizing him will make up for everything he has done so i am not worried about him being pittied. but i do need to know if it is a good idea.
let me know what you guys think.
pretty please?

Actually that sounds like a good idea. There is no true bad guy the way that I see it.They are just loyal to their was or have been messed up and now seek revenge on their enemies. You should do it.
