Klaus nodded at Pryderi and looked to Kunny, "I vaguely remember you mentioning his name at some point in the past. Shortly after we came into your care, I believe?" He picked up a cup of something off of the table between himself an Yasushi and took a sip.
Of course Klaus would remember some offhand comment Kunny probably made years ago. The kid had an impeccable memory. "I probably did. Pry is my... er..." He hesitated for a moment. It had been a long time after all, were they really back to a relationship status? They hadn't talked about it at all, they'd just... become friendly again. And Kunny didn't want to take the chance of saying boyfriend only to find that Pry wasn't ready for that status again, yet. "Er... significant other."
This, of course, caused Klaus to raise an eyebrow. He wasn't used to his guardian hesitating over anything. Kunny was one of the most opinionated, careful, and forward people Klaus had met, and wasn't afraid to say anything, from what the fallen angel had seen. Well, people were impossible to understand, after all. In a series of graceful movements, he uncrossed his legs, set down his cup, and stood, his hand held out to Pry. "It is nice to meet you as well, Master Pryderi."

Pryderi couldn't help but look curiously up at Kunny when Klaus mentioned that his name had been mentioned by Kunny. Shortly after they had come into his care? How long ago was that? Probably long enough ago that Kunny was still his boyfriend, or at least shortly after they lost contact with each other. Even though he wasn’t sure how long ago he had been mentioned, it still made the young man feel strangely happy. Kunny obviously cared about him enough to mention him to his charges. It was nice.
The deer boy froze when Kunny stumbled over what he was to the young man, waiting for the inevitable. For all their talk and their obvious interest in each other, Kunny might not want to be in a relationship. Pryderi had known he might have to face this, however he found himself wholly unprepared. What did he do? Did he just blurt out that he was Kunny's boyfriend? No, Kunny wouldn't like that. His ears perked when Kunny finally spat it out, and a small smile crept onto his face. Significant other. That hopefully meant Kunny would be interested in a relationship with him again. His grin widened as he whispered back to Kunny, his lips barely moving, "I can be your boyfriend if you want."
He was quite surprised when Klaus held out his hand, but Pryderi took it anyways and shook it gently. "Pleasure to meet you. You don't have to call me Master, that sounds so formal. Besides, I don't own a huge mansion or anything." He shot Kunny what could have been a cheeky grin. "Do you like to read, Klaus?"

Kunny looked at Pry and smiled at the boyfriend comment. "I'd like that," he whispered back. Well, that made things official at least, and he wouldn't have to worry about the term anymore. It made him really glad that Pry had no issues with the relationship, even though it had been three years they'd last seen each other. But then, they'd changed surprisingly little in those three years.
The young fallen angel noted the gentle hand shake, and responded in turn. A person's hand shake showed a lot about the kind of person they were, and this was something Klaus had learned early on in his life. "I do. I spend quite a lot of time reading, in fact, and just about any subject fascinates me."
"He also likes soccer," said Yasushi grumpily, "But he won't play, because he's a stubborn jerk."
Klaus blinked and trained his eyes on Yasushi, "I wasn't aware that we were on that subject again. But as you so gracefully brought it up, once again I refuse. I need not give you my reasons. Find another player." 'I would love to watch you die in a fire,' he thought at his cousin, his eyes narrowing a bit.

Pryderi blushed a rather pretty shade of pink, but smiled back at Kunny nonetheless. Well then. Now they were official again. It felt nice to know that he would get to see the assassin again. The deer boy had rather missed the companionship that being Kunny's boyfriend had given him. These days Maelon wasn't around the house much, or if he was around he wasn't good for very much conversation. It would be good to be able to go out and spend some time with someone who knew him well.
"Really? Maelon, my charge, was like that when he was younger. He would much rather be inside reading or on his computer than running around outside." Pryderi nearly added "with girls" to that comment, however he decided to leave that out. He had heard that hanging out with girls was supposed to be normal at Maelon's age, however after that arranged date with Becky he could see why the Sin'aeis avoided them all together. That had been rather traumatic for the dark chocolate teen, though Pryderi couldn't help but wonder if someone else had played a hand in his traumatizing as well.
The deer boy blinked at the exchange between Yasushi and Klaus, unsure if he should say anything. But Kunny wasn't saying anything, so he decided to keep his mouth shut, instead keeping his attention focused on Klaus. "Anything particular you really like to read about?"

Yasushi fortunately decided to let the topic drop, to both Klaus and Kunny's relief, and settled back into his chair. He just didn't understand why Klaus wouldn't play. He was good! Yasu had seen THAT when they were away at boarding school. And it was better than being holed up in this stuffy library for hours on end.
But Klaus wouldn't play, and that was final. He was rather thankful for the change in topic, though he didn't show it on his face. Taking his seat again, he smiled, "Nothing in particular. I do enjoy more old fashioned kinds of novels and plays, but I read newer things as well." He took a sip of his drink, as though in thought for a moment, "It's not simply novels, however. A well written non-fiction book can capture my attention just as easily."

"Plays? Like, the kind that gets performed at the theater?" Pryderi liked those. They were always so dramatic and so silly at times, but always good to watch. He wasn't much of a reader himself, but he did enjoy going to the theatre. The music was pretty, the actors always had nice music, and there were always good singers in the musicals. Maelon had refused to come with him to anything, claiming that it wasn't his type of entertainment. Pryderi hadn't been too bothered by that, seeing as he had been going to the show by himself for as long as he could remember. Perhaps he could get Klaus to come with him one day. He would have to ask Kunny.
The watch around Pryderi's wrist gave several soft beeps, causing the deer boy to pull back his sleeve and look at it. Oh, was it that time already? He had to go and do groceries before Maelon got home. His charge had specifically asked him to pick up some stuff because he would be out. The dark chocolate Sin'aeis boy had said he wanted to try something new for dinner, and who was Pryderi to pass up not having to make dinner? "It was very nice meeting you, Klaus, but I'm afraid I have to run. Kunny, can I get your number before I leave?"

"Indeed. In fact, I've considered trying out for some plays myself, to pass the time," said Klaus. When Pryderi's watch beeped, he raised an eyebrow but said nothing until the deer said his goodbyes. "It was nice meeting you as well. I'm quite sure we'll be seeing each other again."
Kunny nodded at Pry and put his arm around the deer boy's waist again, gave the two kids a smirk, and led Pry out of the library. Just as they were leaving, he managed to hear Klaus say "So are you planning to sit there glaring at me for the rest of the evening?"
Once down in the foyer, Kunny scribbled down his cell number on a pad of paper, ripped the top piece off, and handed the paper to Pry with the pad and pen, "And YOU need to give me your address, please." It was no good if he didn't know where his boyfriend lived, after all. "Phone number as well."

"Really? You'll have to tell me if you get into one. I would love to see you on stage when I go." Pryderi gave Klaus a small smile, before allowing himself to be guided out of the room by his boyfriend. The word still gave him butterflies, but the deer boy was determined not to let the relationship slip away this time. It would definitely take some work on his part, but he was willing to try. All he could do was his best. And if that wasn't enough... well, he would just have to hope it was enough.
The deer boy gratefully took the paper with Kunny's phone number on it, folding it up neatly and tucking it into his pocket. "Thank you. I'll make sure to try not to call you during something important." In his usual very precise printing, Pryderi wrote down both his address and his phone number. "You can come by anytime. If I'm not home, Mae'll be around." Pryderi was about to head for the door when he hesitated. It wouldn't be right if he didn't say a proper goodbye. Thus, with a very very red face, Pryderi stood up a little on his toes and gave Kunny a quick kiss. "I'll... see you around then...."

The assassin took the pad back, and pulled off the top sheet, stuffing it into his pocket. "I'll try to stop by sometime soon." He watched Pryderi move to leave, and then... Kunny blushed slightly at the kiss, but smiled. Better make it a little more official, then. He leaned in to the deer boy and gave him a much longer kiss. When they parted he said, "I'm sure you will."

Aaaw, was he smiling? That was a good sign! A very good sign! The deer boy had almost been afraid that Kunny wasn't ready to be kissed again. They hadn't exactly been the most physical in their relationship, not to mention three years was a long time. Wait, was he leaning in to kiss him again? Pryderi turned a darker shade of red at the kiss, but couldn't help but grin widely when the kiss was over. "I'll hold you to your word then." With a shy smile, Pryderi finally turned and headed out the door of the mansion. Overall, today was a good day. <3
