Back in the days before the clan inhabited this area, there were raging wars between the townspeople and the incoming invaders to the area. As steel was drawn and blood was shed, the people died...but their weapons still remained. The decendants of those townsfolk who died in battle gathered up all the steel and gave it to the local smelter, who currently owns the yard. Unfortunetly, the smelter is getting on in years.
The townsfolk are currently protected by the clan, but some have moved due to the rumor that invaders have attacked, including the smelter...so the scrapyard is uninhabited.
