Welcome one and all to Professor Avy’s lecture on Species!
I am Professor (not really) Avy! And I’m here today to make sure you lovely little lumps of lovely love know all about the creatures great, small and medium sized that inhabit the world of ITL.
This will hopefully cover all the basic points in a rambling, humorous and totally Avy way!
Please feel free to use this forum as well to post any questions to me, as no doubt I will miss something totally vital out!
Here is a brief run down of what we’ll cover in this class boys and girls, to make sure that what you want to know will actually be included in this section. <3
Race – This one’s a no brainier. It kinda lets you know what we’re talking about! <3
General Description – You need to know what we’re learning about looks like right? And yeah.. adding pictures would be easier, but I’m Avy, okay? This is MY Lecture! *tyrant laugh here*
Average height – If you don’t get this one, then you don’t deserve to.
Specific features – Just in case they have a particularly odd feature that makes them stand out above all others, say, luminous green nose hair for example.
Life span – How long they have until they die. Cheerful no?
Adulthood – When you’re little babies are all grown up at last!
Mating – When the boys and the other boys (sometimes girls) Start to find each other oddly attractive! (if you’ve spent any time in the shop at all you’ll know what I mean..>.>;;;; )
Habitat – The chosen sort of situation and environment you’d find the little buggers in if you let them roam wild.
Alignment – Good bad or neutral basically.
Feelings towards other races? – If they have any specific feelings towards any of the other races. Like mad love or stalkage or random petrifaction, you get the idea.
Basic Types: 75k

Race – Fairy (Homo Wingus Tinyus)
Said – Fair-Ree
General Description – Small and often strangely coloured beings they have butterfly or other insect wings and tend to be rather flightly in both appearance and personality.
Average height – 5ft – 5ft6
Specific features – Insect wings
Life span – 250 years
Adulthood – 20 years
Mating – No specific features. Any race, and gender.
Habitat – Glens and knolls
Alignment – Good to neutral.
Feelings towards other races? – None in particular unless they’re individual.
Race – Goblin (Genus Disgusticus Horibilious)
Said – Gob-Lin
General Description – Fugly. Small and moody. Subserviant to Jareth as he is the pied piper of goblins (hence the singing) They can look like anything, there really is no general.
Average height – Stumpy.
Specific features – Too many to name, maybe the smell?
Life span – Till Jareth steps on them (so quite short!)
Adulthood – When they sprout hairs in odd places <3
Mating – Who would? ((Dr Sho – Part of the goblin mating ritual is to tactfully find out what gender the other goblin is!))
Habitat – The Labyrinth and Goblin City
Alignment – God Knows how Jareth will feel from one day to the next.
Feelings towards other races? – The goblins love everyone else, everyone else ain’t so keen on the goblins.
Disclaimer – Professor Avy would like to make it known that Dragul, Fey’s goblin is totally above all of the heinous generalisations.

Race – Seelie Fae (Frenchus Nauticus Foppicus)
Said – See-Lee-Fay
General Description – Pretty, elegant and suave people, they lean a little towards the Parisian in their dress and attitudes, they are born with horns as are the Unseelies, but in the case of the Seelie, the horns drop off. They tend to be friendly and welcoming and have a royal family.
Average height – 5ft – 6ft
Specific features – Horns that are only there till puberty.
Life span – 800 years – 900 years.
Adulthood – 80 – 100 years.
Mating – Tend to only align with other good aligned races, but other things have happened.
Habitat – The Seelie Kingdom.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? Friendly and well mannered they like everyone, the Unseelie fae’s however are not included in this, along with Drow elves and the occasional demon.
Race – Dragon (Pyros Moronicus Nobilious )
Said - Drag-on
General Description – Old. Or at least they will be, one day. Scaley and full of gems and fire, and fire and gems. They hoard their treasures and get rather grumpy if you try to take them away. As they say, do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy, and good with ketchup, and fairy, but everything tastes better with a little fairy added to it. Dragons are widely varied in mood, temperament and appearance
Average height – 6ft - 7ft (Unless you happen to be Gunner <3 [He’s only a baby though, so shh! <3])
Specific features – Huge load bearing wings, and horns. They often smoke a little round the edges and are very rarely without a hoard.
Life span – Do. Not. Die. Evar. (won’t die, they’re just that bloody stubborn) Anyone who sought to kill a dragon would have a real task on their hands, as they not only have to pierce hide as tough as any metal, but then have to stab through flesh as tough as thick rubber. Even dragon eggs are almost impossible to break except by the baby dragon itself. In short, it’s pretty well impossibly to slay a dragon without the use of and death of half your army. (Unless you happen to have another dragon on your side.)
Adulthood – 300 years.
Mating – Dragons have to be very very very very very very very very very very very very very VERY careful when mating comes about, as they live forever, but will only ever be able to take one mate. This is not a racial choice, it is a fact. After the act of mating the dragon will be bonded forever to their mate of choice, and this bond will extend even past the death of the mate if the mate is less long lived than the dragon itself, so the dragon, if he chooses poorly, could end up spending eternity alone. This means random sex is totally out of the question.
Habitat – Caves. Any caves. Caves good… Mmmm Cave… Big Cave! Much gold… Hmm… They like Gold <3
Alignment – Old. They stay mostly indifferent in the tiny affairs of the other creatures, they’re too strong and too old to be worried by them and much prefer to spend their time with their hoards. If Dragons chose to fight, then Kara would be metagaming over all your asses. It’d be like Aizen all over again ((N.B READ BLEACH!!)) so Dragon’s just don’t generally ever choose to fight. Unless you’re –REALLY- stupid enough to threaten their gold, then we’ll be forced to rule in favour of the dragon.
Feelings towards other races? If you don’t worry them, they won’t worry you. Otherwise you’re very yummy on toast or in a bagel.
Race – Pixie (Cheekum trickae naughtious)
Said – Picks-E
General Description – The tricksters of the world, pixies will have you upside down with your pants over your head before you can count to three if you don’t keep you eye on the little buggers. They can be sweet and cheerful, but they often leave this to their far gentler cousins, the fairys. They like games and pranks and always look like they might have an ulterior motive to whatever they’re doing.
Average height – 5ft – 5ft6.
Specific features – Wings, not insect like however, more leafy.
Life span – 350years
Adulthood – 20 years
Mating – Not fussed.
Habitat – bushes and behind you!
Alignment – Unsure, whichever side is winning at the time.
Feelings towards other races? None in particular.
Race – Banshee (Deathum Predictus)
Said – Ban-She
General Description – Harbringers of the death of a spouse, the banshee’s voice is extraordinary and will probably make your ears bleed. They tend to look wispy and wild and like they could use a good grooming. They come in neutral shades.
Average height – Unknown.
Specific features – Always female.
Life span – Eternal, they’re spirits.
Adulthood – They’re always adults.
Mating – They’re not really the most loving race.
Habitat – By people’s spouses who are about to die.
Alignment – Neutral. Totally.
Feelings towards other races? They like you when its your time…
Race – Dryad (Perinalis Plantum Manae)
Said – Dry-Add
General Description – Planty. They like flowers, tree’s nature in general really. Their personalitys are linked to the type of spirit they are, but they can be anything really. They never like fire and often seem a little away with the fairys.
Average height – Anything, it depends on the plant they’re a spirit of ((Peri for is example is short at 5ft5ins, where as an Oak dryad would probably be more like 7ft.))
Specific features – Floral or plant like, leafy maybe.
Life span – As long as their plant, and their plant live as long as they do. So the death of one of the other will be the death of both, until then both plant and spirit are immortal.
Adulthood – when the plant first goes to seed.
Mating – Un fussed.
Habitat – Wherever they set their roots down <3 Water and light, and something warm!
Alignment – Changeable.
Feelings towards other races? Nothing in particular. Dragons can be scary what with the fire and all.
Race – Nymph (Alterus naturalis)
Said - Nimf
General Description – They have the abiity to change into something else, water, a tree, something along those lines, maybe a small rock? This helps them escape from horny goat men. (and occasionally Apollo) They are sometimes rather too free with their personage, and are usually stunningly beautiful. In our shop they do come in the male variety as well.
Average height – 5ft – 6ft.
Specific features – Generically human looking with slightly aquatic features.
Life span – A couple of thousand.
Adulthood – Whenever they ‘show signs’ (lol Booooobies!)
Mating – Yes please! Anything, anytime, anywhere. ((Unless you’re Zassy.)) Seriously thoughm no race specifications.
Habitat – Rivers, lakes, mountains, forests, pretty little groves, anywhere really.
Alignment – Neutral and very self interested.
Feelings towards other races? Ooh, You’re pretty <3
Race – Elf (Blondus Poncae Bastidium)
Said – Elf.. =.=
General Description – Elegant, and in many ways similar to the Seelie, they tend to be that little bit more prissy and like to think themselves ‘in tune’ with nature. But they’re not that good really. They are very common and breed like rabbits. They control the main navy, and also have a minute tendency towards piracy…
Average height – 6ft
Specific features – Pointy ears.
Life span – None of them have ever lived long enough to work it out, they never seemed to get old, and the oldest that has ever lived ended up dying of unnatural causes. They are Immortal, but not invulnerable. They won’t die naturally, but can be killed.
Adulthood – 100
Mating – Not selective. (Especially if your name is Caspian. <3 )
Habitat – Anywhere. Very very very adaptable.
Alignment – Neutral – Good.
Feelings towards other races? Haughty indifference for the most part.
Race – Drow Elf (Biggus Gittus killaeyougoodus )
Said – Drow. Rhymes with Ow. As in, a pained noise.
General Description – Black skin, white hair, they live in the dark and the light, yes, any light, even a single candle really hurts their eyes. It takes them month to adjust, and even then they can usually not stand sunlight. They tend towards the meaner side of things, and the women rule very much over the men. Anyone caught being a renegade will be caught and fed to Pomegranate.
Average height – 5ft6/7
Specific features – Red or blue eyes for the most part, a very foul tempter and great liking for the suffering of the surface races, specifically Elves.
Life span – 700 years is average. The oldest Drow ever was 732 years.
Adulthood – 70ish.
Mating – They usually tend to stay within their own, as they rarely come above ground. It has been known for a Drow to mate outside his or her species, but they are very very very very VERY much looked down on for it. Like… anger like woah. Killy killy death death. They’ll get stabbed up a bit. A very big bit! ((This was the main purpose for which Arach invented the sword axe! [For Kids!]))
Habitat – The Underdark. Its dark. And Under the ground. And Dingy and damp and wet and full of Drow and the odd dwarf slave and odd albino creatures. And very odd looking muchrooms.
Alignment – EVIL LIKE OMG WOAH!!!! If you find a good Drow you won’t know him or her for very long.. >.> Instead your friend will soon be a puddle of Ex Drow! <3
Feelings towards other races? Hate. Kill. Death. Pain. Suffering. Agony. This would make them very happy! ^_^
Race – Nekomata (felis furrus moggius)
Said – Neck-Oh-Mar-Ta
General Description – Little kitty boys or girls, they tend to have ears and tails and often behave in a feline way. They are cat/foc spirits, usually played up to the feline side of things.
Average height – 5ft
Specific features – Cat ears and a Cat tail
Life span – 90 years
Adulthood – 18years
Mating – Whatever.
Habitat – Firesides and other warm places with blankets and baskets.
Alignment – Good and fluffy. (Except Eclipse)
Feelings towards other races? Pet me?
Race – Kitsune (Manyus Tailicus)
Said – Kit-Sue-Nay
General Description – Fox spirits, they have many tails.
Average height – 5ft – 6ft
Specific features – Many tails.
Life span – 90 years
Adulthood – 18 years.
Mating – Whatever, but lean towards their own race if possible.
Habitat – Just after dusk they roam. They’re nocturnal creatures.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? Distrust, they don’t really like people.
Race – Naga (Serpentus scaleius chilliusanguine)
Said – Nar-Guh
General Description – half man half snake, occasionally with horns they are Indian in decent and tend to appear thusly. They like warm things and their tempers are widely varied.
Average height – 6ft resting. 9ft reared.
Specific features – Snake tails. Sometimes horns.
Life span – 1000 years.
Adulthood – 20.
Mating – Other naga’s for the most part, though stranger things have happened. Naga’s like to ‘mate for life’ with other nagas, but can easily have a fling with whatever that takes their fancy and get them pregnant.
Habitat – Warm ad Jungly.
Alignment – Unstable, whatever will give them the most benefit at the time.
Feelings towards other races? Self interested.
Race – Tengu (Conkus Maximus Avian)
Said – Ten-Goo
General Description – A dog spirit that looks nothing like a dog. They actually look like birds, which makes no sense but at ITL we quite like the idea of a Barking bird, as nothing makes sense here. They can pretty much look like anything as long as they have plumage.
Average height – None
Specific features – Plumage and if they have human resemblance they tend to have noses that are rather on the large side. .
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – couple of hundred. About 150 ish.
Mating – They can only mate on very high ledges, but other than that its all good.
Habitat – Very high ledges and tengu villages.
Alignment – Slightly on the darker side.
Feelings towards other races? Meh.
Race – Tanuki (Canis Garbagus Wreckius)
Said – Tan-Oo-Key
General Description – Racoon/dog spirit. They like to make messes and tend to generally wreck up the place. They have stripy of wolf like tails.
Average height – about 5ft.
Specific features – Slightly stocky with an animal talk.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – A couple of hundred. 150 ish.
Mating – Unworried.
Habitat – Wherever.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? None really.
Race – Mujina (BadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersBadgersMushroomMushroomus)
Said – Moo-Jee-Nah
General Description – A badger spirit. They’re black and white and stripy. They’re rather furry and angry when cornered.
Average height – 5ft5ins.
Specific features – Stripy.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – about 150sih.
Mating – Unworried.
Habitat – Underground.
Alignment – Neutral/good.
Feelings towards other races? Unworried, they tend not to get involved.
Race – Brownie (Tidyus Uppius Yourhouseus)
Said - Brow-Knee
General Description – Little people that help around the house. They do the dishes and clear up any messes they are left out. If you don’t treat them well you will end up with a bogle (said – Bow-gel) They are bonded to a house and will stay there as long as it stands.
Average height – 4ft.
Specific features – Short. Tidy, and very helpful
Life span – As long as their house is standing.
Adulthood – They don’t really have a child stage.
Mating – A risky habit in areas with earthquakes. They’re not fussy.
Habitat – Houses. They live under the stove, its warm.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? Helpful.
Race – Piskie (Hityouinheadius Hardious)
Said – Piss-Key
General Description – A slightly more goblin like pixie, they’re even more pesky, and tend towards more violent practical jokes which they still find very funny. A pixie would give you sour milk, a Piskie would turn the milk sour, tip it on you, then beat you round the head with the jug.
Average height – 5ft-5ft6
Specific features – A bad sense of humour and goblin like features.
Life span – 250 years
Adulthood – 20
Mating – Who’d really want to?
Habitat – Dark and dank places and anywhere they’re not wanted.
Alignment – Slightly Evil.
Feelings towards other races? They’re good to annoy.

Here my lovely little dumpligs are the next set of races in our lecture programme! These ones are by far the rarer side of things, and if you manage to bag yourself one of these you are very lucky!
They are much more unlikely to appear round up shop in the day to day events, so if you see one, gobble them up quickly!

Anyway!
On with the info!
Rare types. 100k+
Race – Unseelie Fae (Sneakyus Bastius Fopum)
Said – (Un See Lee Fay)
General Description – Not really that pleasant to be around. Not as unpleasant as a Drow, and also slightly less likely to stab you in the back but despite this they are still not a race to be really trusted. They look similar to elves and Seelie Fae, but unlike the Seelie they usually retain their ram-like horns into adult hood. (Unless of course your name is Leoven)
Average height – 5ft7 – 6ft2
Specific features – Ram like horns. A bad attitude.
Life span – 800 years – 900 years.
Adulthood – 80 – 100 years.
Mating – Preferably other dark creatures, but this changes from person to person.
Habitat – Dark dank forests. The Black Forest.
Alignment – Evil.
Feelings towards other races? Angry and spiteful to almost all of them, fairly friendly with the Drow and not uncommonly seen among demonic company.
Race –Unicorn (Pointius Faceicus Healea)
Said – You-Knee-Corn
General Description – Healers, tend to be sweet and kind, have a single horn protruding from their forehead and are reputedly attracted to virgins. They also have horse like features some of the time and often a strange liking for hay.
Average height – could be anything.
Specific features – Single horn on forehead.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – between 80 and 100 years.
Mating – They mate for life, so just like Dragons they have to be meticulously careful with whom they mate with, as even after the death or abandonment of a mate, they will never mate again.
Habitat – Northern forest.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? Caring and sweet.
Race – Demon (Hellicus Spawnicus)
Said – Dee-Mon
General Description – They can look like anything. Some are small, some are big, some look kinda rocky, some are covered in fire, there really is no general about them. They’re not even all evil.
Average height – Anything.
Specific Features – None that can be named as they’re all mostly unique.
Life span – Changeable, some live longer than others.
Adulthood – Again, this is type specific.
Mating – Some would prefer their own type and race, others just really don’t care.
Habitat – Dark and hot places for most, though this is obviously type specific too.
Alignment – Mostly evil, but there are definitely exceptions.
Feelings towards other races? Differs from demon to demon.
Race – Imp. (Demonicus Minus)
Said – Imp. (like Gimp! <3 ^_^ or Pimp! Or. *sniggers* limp… <3 )
General Description – Like a demon but really small and a lot less powerful.
Average height – 3ft.
Specific features – Short and nasty.
Life span – 200 years.
Adulthood – 20.
Mating – Within their own kind.
Habitat – wherever dark thoughts lie.
Alignment – Evil.
Feelings towards other races? Kinda angry.
Race – Shapeshifter (Anythingyouwanticus/Whatisnowicus)
Said – Shape… Shift… er.
General Description – They can look like a normal human person, but tend to be able to shift into an animal form or two, and possibly something like a tree every now and then, they cannot shift into just anything they want to, there is many limits. They can even look (In special Sho allowed cases) look like another race and shift into an animal.
Average height – Anything that a human be.
Specific features – They can turn into animals and they often take on some of their behavioural features even in their human form.
Life span – Same as a human, except in some rare cases.
Adulthood – Human.
Mating – Down to the individual.
Habitat – They tend to live with humans.
Alignment – Neutral for the most part.
Feelings towards other races? None really.
Race – Pegasus (Eques Flappicus)
Said – peg-uh-suh s
General Description – A winged horse. They have wings, and sometimes horse like features. They can usually fly, and are sometimes rather skittish and territorial.
Average height – Quite tall, not common enough to have an average.
Specific feature – Wings, and sometimes horse like in appearance or behaviour
Life span – Around a thousand, sometimes a wee bit more.
Adulthood – about 100 years.
Mating – No really boundaries.
Habitat – Anywhere that they can fly.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? None really.
Race – Spectre (Notquitethereicus)
Said – Speck-Ter
General Description – They’re dead, their a ghost, they are totally and utterly deceased. They can walk through walks if they want, and all of that Jazz, basically here you’re the proud owner of a ghost. You can work it from there, the only thing we’ll call you on is please no possession, that would be god-modding. <3 We suppose you could even have spectres of other races <3
Average height – Whatever they were when they died.
Specific features – Mostly see-through.
Life span – They’re dead.
Adulthood – They’re dead.
Mating – They’re dead.
Habitat – They’re dead. And they can go anywhere.
Alignment – depends on the individual.
Feelings towards other races?
Race – Merfolk (Lackoflegicus Swimium Gillae)
Said – Mer-Folk
General Description – They are half man or woman, and half fish. They can breathe underwater and have relatively little knowledge of the surface world. They vary in colour as wide as there are fish in the sea, but some tend towards simply camouflaged colours, for under the sea that is.
Average height – It varies widely.
Specific Features – They have a fish tail while in the water, and legs while on land. No matter what their form they frequently need to visit water to avoid discomfort.
Life span – 300 – 500 years.
Adulthood – 40 years
Mating – Well, that depends on how it works out for them really, and what other races they meet.
Habitat – Atlantis, Manakel is the emperor of Atlantis. They don’t all live here however, as some left and some were from other colonies and are found, though very rarely , in waterways and other parts of the ocean and the like.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? Curiosity.
Race – Griffin (Basecoatius Providicus - For Kara)
(Real Version - Avius Lionum)
Said – Grif-fin
General Description – They have wings, sometimes more in the way of plumage and are a regal well thought of race. There are very few of them left as they make lovely wall ornaments. They have feline and avian traits and behaviours, but here at ITL They generally look, as everything does, rather human.
Average height – 5ft8in
Specific features – Wings.
Life span – There are sp few left, but none of them really died of natural causes, and there were never that many around to begin with, so its not really known how long they live.
Adulthood – about 20 years.
Mating – Difficult. There are not that many of them, so there isn’t really that much of a chance for them to mate within their species. They’re fiercely loyal to their partner, and are very defensive over their other half, they don’t singularly mate however, and in the sad event of the loss of a mate they can move on.
Habitat – Aeries, they like high airy places.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? They are more interested in their own well being and survival.
Race – Harpie (Shriekius Voicicus)
Said – Har - Pee
General Description – Bird woman, or rarely, bird man. They have wings and are very varied in colour and plumage. They don’t have the best singing voices and have been known to make ears bleed.
Average height – about 5ft6ins
Specific features – Wings. They can fly. They’re very defensive over they’re territory and will likely drop rocks and stones on intruders.
Life span – 1000 ish years
Adulthood – at about 100.
Mating – Un fussed.
Habitat – Craggy cliffs. (a little like puffins <3 )
Alignment – Neutral
Feelings towards other races? None really.
Race – Manticore (Goldium Tailspinum)
Said – Man Tee Core
General Description – A winged lion, they have these features, and sometimes with a scorpion tail, even here at ITL, feline in behaviour with the wings and sometimes mane and tail to go with it. They are lazy and like to sleep a fair amount and can be rather grumpy if you wake them up.
Average height – 6ft5
Specific features – Rather tall. Like their sleep. Winged.
Life span – 600years.
Adulthood – 40 years.
Mating – Rather selective, as most are only inclined to mate with one person, but this is a personal taste not a problem.
Habitat – Anywhere they choose.
Alignment – Neutral,
Feelings towards other races? None.
Race – Selkie (Blubicus Tundrum)
Said – Sell-Key
General Description – Seal people, they carry a seal skin that basically put on, and they then turn into that seal. They tend to be rather grey, brown or beige in appearance, you know, seal colours.
Average height – 5ft5 – 5ft7
Specific features – their seal skin.
Life span – 200 years.
Adulthood – 20
Mating – Un fussed.
Habitat – Tundra.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? None really.
Race – Changeling (Notquitehumanicus Whatsinyourpramicus)
Said – Change-ling
General Description – They are humans that were kidnapped by fairy folk, so they have taken on an appearance that is slightly like them, longer ears, more angular features.
Average height – Similar to humans.
Specific Features – Slightly pointier human.
Life span – 200 years ish. 300 if they’re lucky.
Adulthood – 20 years.
Mating – un fussed.
Habitat – Anywhere.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? None really.
Race – Kirin (Scalicus Pointius Faceicus Healea)
Said – Kih-Rin
General Description – Japanese unicorn, they look different, they have reptilian scaley bits and are shorter than most unicorns as they are generally quite cute. They are often reputed to be cuter than their graceful relatives despite their odd scales.
Average height – 5ft
Specific Features – Scaly bits
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – 100 years
Mating – Mate for life as Unicorns and Dragons do, they will only ever take one partner.
Habitat – They roam a lot, so anywhere they choose to stop.
Alignment – Good
Feelings towards other races? They’re kind to anyone.
Race – Uru (Draconic Wizardus)
Said – Uh-Roo

General Description – The bad half of an Uru… they look like vultures.. again with the watching Dark Crystal.

Race – Sylph (Airyus Fairyus)
Said – Sill-fuh
General Description – Airy little creatures, a literal airy fairy. They are literally leaves on a breeze, a very translucent, hard to spot creature that won’t be seen unless it wants to show itself. When you can see them they look very much like a fairy ^_^ They come in light, cloudy, but always pale colours.
Average height – 5ft
Specific Features – Hard to spot.
Life span – 250 years

Race – Salamander (Fireus Manicus)
Said – Sal-Ah-Man-Dah
General Description – A fiery version of a sylph. They often resemble dragons, but are nowhere near as hardy, they are actually sometimes rather frail beings. They live in hot places as this is a very good defence mechanism against many species that would otherwise be a threat to them. They use their dragon like appearance to seem more of a thread to people who stumble upon the.
Average height – 6ft
Specific Features – Fiery and sometimes lizard like.
Life span – 350 years.
Adulthood – 30
Mating – Its hot where they are, so you’d have to like hot places.
Habitat – Volcanoes, hot caves that sort of thing.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? Wary.
Race – Asrai (Aqueatica Fae)
Said – Ahs-Rai
General Description – They are small, slender creatures, sometimes called water fairies, other times just called water spirits. They are completely and utterly bonded to the source of water in which they live, in fact, they are technically the spirit of the water itself in some form or another. They tend to be soft water colours, greys, blues, to purples and greens. They are rather rare, and actually slightly sacret to some civilisations.
Average height – They are usually around the 5ft-6ft mark, never much more.
Specific Features – They like the water a lot.
Life span – As long as their water source exists or until they are killed.
Adulthood – They grow with the river, so childhood isn’t really a feature.
Mating – They don’t meet many other species, but I don’t they mind <3
Habitat – Rivers and other such water sources.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? None really
Race – Yokai (Japanicus Demonus)
Said – Yo-Kai
General Description – An Asian demon, they come, just like demons in all shapes and sizes so its hard to generalise.
Average height – None
Specific Features - none
Life span – Varies from yokai to yokai
Adulthood – Also varies
Mating – You’d really have to gain their trust more than likely, and being from a dark race would help.
Habitat – Wherever they want really.
Alignment – They don’t like holy things, so generally slightly evil.
Feelings towards other races? Slightly evil thoughts really…
Race – Alva (Tribus Elficus)
Said – Al-Vah
General Description – Alva are forest elves, wood elves, or whatever else you’d choose to call them. They tend to be rather wild in appearance as they spend a lot of time lost in nature. They range from browns, to greens to autumn shades depending on where they live, and some say what time of year they are born in. Warriors and high ranking members of the society are tattooed with a green luminescence when they’re born which marks their destiny as different to the rest of the tribe, the tattoos are re-done almost every year until the child stops growing. The glow never fades.. They tend to like natural jewellery and adornments They are probably what the Drow could have become if they’d stopped warring with the surface elves. The Alva themselves were not involved in this dispute at all and stayed safely in their woods.
Average height – 5ft6ins.
Specific Features – Natural colours and a liking for natural jewellery, some of this race have odd glowing markings on their skin.
Life span – Immortal
Adulthood – at about 30 years. They mature young as they live very wild.
Mating – Not really a well known race, but they wouldn’t really have any moral issues against cross breeding.
Habitat – Forests, they make their cities in trees and cave complexes.
Alignment – Good.

Race – Avariel - Winged elves (Flappicus Flappicus)
Said – Av-Are-Ee-Elle
General Description – An elf. With wings. They fly! Aah yeah. They look very similar to elves with the sole addition of their wings which are slightly weird. Most are made of a type of skin, but some slightly freaky ones have a mechanical appearance to them. Other than that there appearances are generally elven.
Average height – 5ft – 5ft5 with mostly hollow bones.
Specific Features – Wings and the ability to fly, they also have hollow bones to make this possible.
Life span – Immortal, they’re elves. They don’t tend to survive so well on the ground if they lose their wings however and their immortality is also threatened.
Adulthood – about 100 years.
Mating – They usually favour other elven species as the wings are a dominant feature they also like other flying races as this makes life easier.
Habitat – High places, similar to the haunts of griffins.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? They like eleven races, aside from Drow.
Race – Tiefling (homodemonicus)
Said – Tee-Fling
General Description – They look mostly human but tend to have orange coloured eyes. They do not have a pleasant demeanour as they are a rather angry violent race so all in all they are not nice to be around. They don’t have wings as the human blood is usually too strong to support the use of them, though there are –very- rare cases.
Average height – Not really any.
Specific Features – Orange eyes.
Life span – mostly immortal, though not all of them are.
Adulthood – When they look it.
Mating – They’re rather nasty, this could be tricky. They are not a well liked race.
Habitat – Dark scary places.
Alignment – Evil.
Feelings towards other races? Unfriendly.
Race – Human (Homo sapian)
Said – Hue-Man
General Description – They are just generic people who have some how wandered down to the labyrinth. They tend to not be too sure of what they’re doing there, but no.. they don’t have amnesia. (we will actually cry if you do this to us…>.>) They would probably be rather freaked out by the other strange races as humans tend to like to think they’re special and singular.
Average height –
Specific Features – None.
Life span – max 100years.
Adulthood – 18 years.
Mating – Very unlikely outside of their own race as they do not trust the other races and the other races to not really trust them, as they are not creatures of the Labyrinth and they also don’t live very long. (though human pets can breed with other pets, please don’t think owners can.)
Habitat – Earth.
Alignment – Foolish. They’re humans, they are often closed minded.
Feelings towards other races? Terror a lot of the time.

Legendary Types: 150k
Race – Angel
Said – Ain-Gel
General Description – They are holy beings of supposedly total good. They come in a few shapes and sizes. They will always have wings, and often a halo or aura of some description. They tend to wear robe like clothing and come in many colours. Guardian angels are slightly different as they have no sexual feelings at all, and become totally absorbed with whoever becomes their charge, but never in a romantic senses. Because of this total bond however, there is no room for any other type of affection, love, and certainly no lust. They take away the pain charge, and take into themselves.
Average height – Can be anything. They’re like humans in stature usually. Their wings often make them look taller. They can range from being very caring to being very righteous and vengeful.
Specific Features – Wings and a halo or aura.
Life span – Immortal and mostly invulnerable, they won’t sicken, but they be slain though they heal well, so you’d really have to hack away at them.
Adulthood – They’re not technically alive, so they don’t really age, they just stay at whatever ages they exalted at.
Mating – Guardian angels never will, normal angels would probably not care as long as they were in love. No free love here yo. <3
Habitat – A different astral plane, which they can enter and leave as they wish. They can travel between worlds, but no one can ever be taken to their actual home.
Alignment – 100% good and pure.
Feelings towards other races? Some want to care for them, some want to purify them.
Race – Aasimar - half angel half human
Said – a**-Ee-Mar
General Description – They look like humans, so no wings, but they have some angelic powers like being super hard to hurt and very unlikely to get ill. They are sometimes feared by other humans.
Average height – Humanesque.
Specific Features – Divine powers.
Life span – 300 years – 700 years.
Adulthood – Same as a a human, so 18.
Mating – Whatever they like. Something mostly human for the most part.
Habitat – With the humans usually, though they can travel.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? Wary.
Race – Agathinon
Said – Ag-Ah-Thi-Non
General Description – Pretty much like any other angel, but usually a large bit taller and a lot buffer. They wear masses of armour and wield large fiery swords. They are under the command of the archangels and are generally the dispensers of justice.
Average height – 7ft – 9ft.
Specific features – Very tall and sword wielding.
Life span – They don’t really die at all… ever as they’re very hard to kill, like Dragon.
Adulthood – Whenever they exalted.
Mating – Same as angels.
Habitat – Same as angels.
Alignment – Good. Totally good.
Feelings towards other races? They are usually sent to be vengeful, but who knows during their time off.
Race – Dark Unicorn
Said – Dark-You-Nee-Corn
General Description – Just like a unicorn in appearance, they have the single horn and equine features, but they are anything but sweet and kind. Their magic is maiming related rather than healing related, and they’ll show you just how dangerous that forehead horn can be. They tend to come in darker shades and look rather dangerous.
Average height – 6ft5.
Specific features – They look like dark coloured unicorns.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – about 200 years old.
Mating – They do not mate for life, and they are definitely not the most reliable mate to have.
Habitat – Dark scary places.
Alignment – Evil.
Feelings towards other races? They like to step on them.
Race – Dark Pegasus
Said – Dark Peg-Uh-Suhs
General Description – Just like a normal Pegasus, only in dark colours and usually slightly less friendly and more likely to bite you in attitude.
Average height – 6ftish.
Specific features – Equine features just like a Pegasus and wings.
Life span – about 1000, sometimes more.
Adulthood – about 100.
Mating – They’re not really always that reliable being a dark race, as they sometimes stray. They probably wouldn’t be too fussy.
Habitat – Anywhere that they can fly.
Alignment – Evil
Feelings towards other races? Mostly mean.
Race – Angelic Fae
Said – An-Gell-Ick-Fay
General Description – They are Seelie fae that have angelic blood in them, so every now and then one crops up that has feathery wings. Other than that they look just like Seelie fae only they are also more likely to keep their horns, and sometimes glow a bit, and are hardier and are pretty much immortal.
Average height – anything.
Specific features – Sometimes have angel wings.
Life span – Long. They are pretty well immortal.
Adulthood – 80 – 100 years
Mating – Un fussed, no evil races though, good races are preferred.
Habitat – Seelie Kingom.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? Friendly.
Race – Demonic Fae
Said – Dee-Mon-Ick-Fay.
General Description – These are pretty much just the spawn of an unseelie fae and a demon. They have gazelle or antelope horns and tend towards a gothic dark appearance. They sometimes, very rarely have batwings and usually have a very dark sometimes black aura around them.
Average height – 6ft-7ft.
Specific features – occasionally have batwings.
Life span – Pretty much immortal.
Adulthood – 80 – 100 years.
Mating – Probably only with a dark race, unless they were really weird.
Habitat – Unseelie realm and the demonic realm.
Alignment – Evil.
Feelings towards other races? Spiteful.
Race – Elemental Dragons (earth, fire, air and water)
Said – Elle-Ee-Men-Tal-Drag-ons
General Description – Pretty much see the Dragon section for this one, as the only real difference is that Elemental dragons have much more magic, and control one of the four major elements. This means that they can use elemental skills in combat or just to make life easier.
Average height – Unknown.
Specific Features – Dragons with magic.
Life span – Immortal and pretty much totally invulnerable.
Adulthood – 300 years.
Mating – See Dragons. Its JUST as exclusive.
Habitat – Caves and such, with their hoard Usually in places that would support their element.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? Uncurious.
Race – Djinn
Said – Gin. Like the drink.
General Description – They are fire spirits, and also genies. (ala the lamp) and the could grant wishes if you fancy trusting them. They look rather Arabian or Persian, and they tend to look rather firey.
Average height – Tall, about 7ft.
Specific features – They look rather rifey, especially their aura.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – They don’t have a childhood.
Mating – o.O You can try is… they’re not a family species.
Habitat – Lamps! And hot places… sometimes rings and other jewellery.
Alignment – Tricky… they can seem good.. but are usually evil.
Feelings towards other races? Tricky.
Race – Phoenix
Said – Fee-Nicks.
General Description – They have wings, they have feathers and they sometimes have other bird like features. They are very connected to fire, so like warm colours. When they die (if this happens) They are re-born from their own ashes… they can die at will, and they are re-born fully grown but can alter their appearance if they wish. (No. We re-draw them without you paying. It’ll be like having a new basic custom)
Average height – Totally random, they are usually over 5ft though.
Specific features – The ability to be re-born and their large wings.
Life span – Immortal. You can kill them, but even a speck of ash is enough for them to be re-born from.
Adulthood – 40 years.
Mating – Not worried. They like other flying races.
Habitat – They’re wandering souls, they like hot places though.
Alignment – Neutral good.
Feelings towards other races? Sometimes curious.
Race – Astral Deva -
Said – a**-tral-Day-Vah
General Description – Planar travellers. This means that can travel the planes for existence. Other than this race, only the angels have this gift. The look vaguely Indian, a little like Hindu gods (they tend to be blue and have lots of arms).
Average height – 6ft
Specific features – Many arms and blue skin.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – They were never children.
Mating – If they feel like it, its not usually at the forefront of their minds.
Habitat – Between the planes.
Alignment – Mostly Good.
Feelings towards other races? Indifference.
Race – Monadic Deva
Said – Mon-Add-Ick-Day-Vah
General Description – They are planar watchers. This means they that they can see the other planes that the Astral Deva can get to, but cannot reach them themselves. This makes them a little on the grumpy side of things. They, just like Astral Deva, tend to look Blue and many armed, and rather Indian.
Average height – 6ft.
Specific Features – Blue and many armed.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – They were never children.
Mating – Same as Astral, its not that important to them.
Habitat – Whichever plane they popped into existence in.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? Indifferent.
Race – Starkin
Said – Star-Kin.
General Description – -They are quite simply Star people. They live in the sky and exude a large amount of light when they choose to, though they glow involuntarily at night. They have a wing like aura around them that is actually made of start dust. They don’t have any particular powers, other than the fact they can will themselves to teleport around the plane they exist in.
Average height – 5ft.
Specific features – Glowey aura and ability to teleport.
Life span – Until their star burns out, so a fairly long time, a couple of million years?
Adulthood – when their star becomes a yellow giant… so pretty dang old. (Yes Kaya love, your Starkin is an adult <3 )
Mating – They probably wouldn’t mind what the other persons race was, but they’re a very a very devoted people who are fairly easy to hurt when it comes to their emotions.
Habitat – The stars.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? They’re okay.
Race – Emprix -
Said – Em-Pricks
General Description – Greater Starkin, they are just like normal Starkin, except a darn site more powerful and with an odd liking for swirly patterns and no longer bound to their star. The can now exist without it, and move further form it, so to a different plane if they could hitch a lift. . They have power over Burning gasses, so they can easily summon very friece fire, rivalled only by Dragon fire, and also gravity, but this I only for a short time. They can, during this short time, make things feel either very light, or very heavy. But only in a small area.
Average height – 6ft.
Specific features – More swirly <3
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – When their star became a Yellow Giant.
Mating – Same as Starkin.
Habitat – The stars.
Alignment – Neutral.
Feelings towards other races? They’re okay.
Race – Levisferio -
Said – Lev-Iss-Fer-Ee-Oh.
General Description – Rainbow spirits, they have a natural liking for very bright colours, but can be very hard to keep in one place for a prolonged period of time. They usually seem to be favoured by one or a group of colours, and these colours can sometimes affect their general mood. They are usually fairly, oddly, down to earth beings despite their liking for not staying in one place for too long. They are usually very social, happiest with their own kind, but not adverse to others at all. Aside from their unusual colours they are human or elven in appearance. They love it if it rains <3, it makes them really bright and sparkly, and also allows them to properly form rainbows around them.
Average height – Anything, similar to humans and the elven races.
Specific Features – Very rainbow coloured.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – They don’t really have a childhood.
Mating – There are not that many of them again, so they’d probably try to mate within their race, but wouldn’t be too worried about it if they fell for someone of a different race.
Habitat – Whereever the light is, and they choose to go
Alignment – Neutral to good.
Feelings towards other races? They like them enough.
Race – Lunaria - Lunar angels
Said – Loo-Nar-Ain-Gels
General Description – They are fond of white and silvery colours, and sometimes have feather adornments though they don’t actually have wings of any kind, if you look at them from the correct angle you might see some sort of moon-phase silhouetted aura behind them, this shows up clear as day at night and can be easily seen as the moonlight from the moon makes it glisten. It is totally insubstantial. They are usually calm beings, serene like the moon, and sometimes have a dislike for very energetic bright things. They have some control over tides, so sailors like them a great deal as they can often calm rough seas. Their skin ranges from Very light, to very dark, as does their hair, but there is nothing in the mid tones.
Average height – There isn’t really one for them.
Specific features – The moon like aura and light colouring.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – They don’t really have a childhood.
Mating – Similar to angels.
Habitat – They wander their plane.
Alignment – .Good.
Feelings towards other races? Very little really, they take people as they find them.
Race – Solaria
Said – Sol-Are-Ee-Ah
General Description – Solar angels. They are fond of yellows and gold’s, they like to adorn themselves as brightly as possible, the more reflective surfaces the better. They don’t have wings, but as with the Lunaria, they have a solar aura, a bright glowing sun spot behind them with rays that can be seen shining during the daylight hours, but vanishes to some degree at night time unless you catch them from the right angle. It is also totally insubstantial. They have some powers of restoration and life over plant life, and, if they can really focus, they can set things alight, like focusing light through a lens, but without the lens, they have to really concentrate though. Their skin tones tend lightly tanned or golden, and their hair is bright blondes and gingers, they have terrible night vision.
Average height – Any hight really, though usually around 6ft.
Specific features – Sunny Aura and bright colours.
Life span – Immortal.
Adulthood – They are never really children.
Mating – See Lunaria.
Habitat – They wander their plane.
Alignment – Good.
Feelings towards other races? Very little really.

Mixed Breeds.
When you have a mixed breed, they often lose a lot of the parents characteristics.
For example.
If only one parent is Immortal, the child will have a longer lifespan, but may not itself be immortal. A max of 4000 years is most likely, though in some cases it has been known for them to live longer.
There is a chance however that the child could inherit its parent's long life.
((Basically you can decide.))
As far as elements go, the dominant element will take control, so between fire and water it would be water, fire would take control of any other though, and water would likely lose out to them. Ask us for details,
As far as this goes, if you have any hybrid characters, or are plotting one, post any questions or ideas here and one of us will give you some feedback! <3
