Amies:

A very lively town. It is a large structure that floats above water, it is quite far from the shore so you would have to take a boat in order to go to other places. It has various festivals, carnivals and special events. It is a peaceful town but it is surrounded by mountains and high cliffs. It is a place where water surrounds it, therefore fishermen have a good livelihood here.

Sub-regions:

Whi Forest - Enter the Whi Forest with great caution. This land, dense with age old trees that wrap around each other is the gate way to the fabled lands of the Centaurs and Unicorns. Visitors are not welcome despite many ignoring this and entering as travelers and farmers. In fact most of Amies’ fruits come from these magnificent trees, and during spring and early summer the scent of the multitudes of flowers can be enjoyed all across the territory. Unique flowers sprout from the ground around these waters and the roots of the many trees, some common, many exotic yet dangerous.
There are bodies of water deep into the forest. Many travelers enter the forest to enjoy these wonderfully cleansing springs. The waters are naturally warmed, sending mists into the lower regions of the woods at night, making travel more dangerous.
The land is level in the forest, and many plants do not venture far from the roots of the trees or the shores of the ponds, instead grass freely covers perfectly smooth land, soft and rich due to the many hooves that pound it daily.

Siren's Shore - The main port of Amies can be found along Siren’s Shore. The port was originally placed as a way for old sailors to be able to easily flee from the songs of the sirens and the lures of mermaids that once populated the area. While most of the beaches around Amies are smooth and sandy, Siren’s Shore is mostly rocky, and essentially a small cliff that protrudes into the water. A distance off the shore there is a small rock that isn’t big enough for three people to stand on. This is called Mermaids rock, where legend says that sirens and mermaids use to swim up to and sunbathe as they attempted to catch sailors.

Despite legends, most sailors claim that some nights when the moon is full and the waves are still, they can hear a song coming from the port.

Dark Forest -
The groves that make up Deith Forest are some of the oldest of Amies. The trunks are so thick and wide, and the trees so tall that it seems that they were made for giants to appreciate. One tree hollowed could easily home all of Amies, and despite no one being able to see to the top of the groves, they know they must be there. The branches that form about half way up sport no leaves, although further up they know they must. The great darkness within the forest is due mostly to the over growth on the tree trunks as well as the canapé that is supposedly so thick that it blocks most of the sunlight while feeding the giant trees, thus earning it the common name of “The dark forest”.
Despite the large foliage, the Forest is home to some of the smallest creatures, bugs, birds, and some have said that they have come across Imps, small devilish creatures that look like they are roots of smaller plants and are often mistaken for such. However the light from outside of the forest on the ground dims quickly once you are a ways in, leaving nothing visible.
Because of the darkness no one dares to enter the forest, and rumors have even started claiming the existence of creatures far eviler than little Imps of legend, dark creatures that come from a vortex from the underworld.

Dragon's Peak - If you turn your gaze to the west of the main city of Amies you will see Dragon’s Peak. However the name comes, not from dragons of lore living there; rather because the large mountain looks like a large dragon itself, with wings that sharply fold up into the sky. The Dragon image appears to be over looking the ocean through the city, like a watchful guardian. In the center of the ‘folded wings’ on top of the mountain lies a cave which is a common tourist site for Amies. Although the climb is long and hard it is not dangerous. The incline grows difficult only after the cave if you attempt to climb the wings.
The cave itself is the real gem of the mountain. People have been going into the caves to look for ruins of ancestors that are said to have previously lived within the mountain. Some say there is something strange about the cave, but nothing out of the ordinary has yet to be found.

Ardya:

A place that prefers to keep to itself, surrounded by borders which are guarded by townsfolk. The townspeople here are mostly fighters and even the little boys are taught to fight and hunt. ---sometimes they even hunt the creatures in Whi forest near the town of Amies.
Sometimes this town is visited by imps at night who love to cause trouble and mayhem. Many people end up being beaten up by some gangs of imps at night.

Sub-cities:

Plaou: Minor small town in Ardya. It is the said location of the very secret 'Dragon Hall'. The Dragon hall is where the best fighters battle each other for a sum of gold, for honor or just for fun.

Helena:

This place is mostly occupied by women for some reason. This large part of land was named after a woman who in legends, was supposed to be the most beautiful woman in the world.

Sub-cities:

Idia: A sacred land for the people of Helena. There is a huge temple (High Helena) located here and is said to bring good luck to travelers. Many priestesses live inside the temples and devote their lives to the gods above. In this place there is a number of unicorn sightings.

Undai: The town where the only inn is located which is open to travelers. They do not receive visitors from outside much since people only come to Helena for High Helena or to seek brides.
