I agree, ice cream is always good!
I recently bought some tempura mix from the grocery store... I'm going to try to make some tempura fried ice cream, like this awesome Japanese restaurant near me has. Nice and warm on the outside, cold on the inside! heart

I like ice cream, but it does not like me sometimes. Add to that now I have to find Sugar-free ice cream.
My Favorite Flavor: Butter Pecan! Second is: Moose Tracks!
Edy's has SlowChurned Sugar Free of both!
