Sasuke- Disturbing Tale Teller Naruto- xBloody_Masacrex --------------
It was a rainy day, and Uchiha Sasuke stared out at it like the plague was spreading, and acid was falling from the skies. He'd already gotten soaked, and he was now waiting for it to lessen up while standing under the awning of a teahouse. It was near a restaurant he was used to going to- a favorite of a certain blonds'. A ramen shop... the Uchiha shook his head a little.
Sasuke had been training earlier that day, which was when the rain started, which made him stop at the place he was currently standing because it was pouring too heavily for him to travel all the way to his place of residence. Still, people milled about, and before heading inside the tea, the coal eyes seemed to catch on a flash of orange, before turning to look at the awaiting waitress. He was given a towel to dry off, and a place to sit, as well as a menu, and he decided to warm up with a pot of tea, and to snack on a stick of dango.
Then he'd see what the weather was like...

It was raining. Hard. And he had unfortunately got himself caught in the very rain itself as he rushed through the downpour to find some sort of shelter. His sapphire orbs had rested on the very restaurant he visited quite often: Ichiraku Ramen. It was one of his favorites and.. pretty much his only favorite for that matter. Aside from that fact, he had to get out of the rain for starters. He dashed down the nearly empty village streets and underneath the curtain that had brushed past his forehead since he hadn't pushed it back. He was soaked to the bone and small gusts of wind that flew past gave him goosebumps. He shivered some and took a seat on one of the stools, a short sigh escaping from his lips in the process. 'What am I going to do now..!?' He whined silently in his head as he rested his chin on his propped up elbow, gazing out into the rain.
Before he could ponder on it any longer, his stomach seemed to answer that question for him. At the suddenness of the growl that emanated from the lower half of his torso, he blushed slightly and just grinned all the while. Now he had an excuse to eat something! Turning around in his seat, he ordered a bowl of ramen with that signature grin of his and awaited for it be served to him. His feet swayed back and forth in front of his chair as he just waited there, anxious to eat already. Upon hearing the sound of something being set down and the old man muttering something that he wasn't really paying much attention to, he had directed his attention to the steaming bowl that sat before him. He smiled widely, picked up a pair of chopsticks while breaking them apart and chanting loudly, but not too loud, "Itadakimasu~!" With that said, he began digging in, eating in the sloppiest way possible. Well, not really, but it wasn't exactly very pleasant to look at.

Dango eaten, tea drank, and the rain poured on. Sasuke sighed and crossed his arms over his chest, failing to admit even to himself that he was a bit cold. And his stomach was growling, despite the sweet snack he'd just had. Coal eyes decidedly rested on the ramen shop nearby, and then glanced around, deturmining if he really wanted to cross the rainy open. His stomach opted for yes, and soon the Uchiha was quickly making his way through the dreary weather across to Ichiraku Ramen.
There was a chill within the ramen shop, but that didn't stop the warmth from the cookspace behind the counters from trying to warm its' customers. Sasuke wrung out his shirt a little, sighing as his hair stuck to his face, before moving up and sitting on a stool. He wasn't paying attention to his environment, and before he even noticed there was anyone else within the restaurant, he'd already ordered his food and was waiting for it boredly.
A curious glance around, and the Uchiha noted he had familiar company. The ravonette observed the soaked Naruto for a few moments, made a 'hm.' noise, and continued waiting for his food. So the blond had been caught in the rain, as well...

As time passed and the rain not even close to ceasing its downpour, Naruto had worked his way onto his.. was it his four or fifth bowl? He would have counted the stacked dishes, just for the hell of it, but he didn't really feel like it since he was too focused on his food to really care. He usually ate around that amount and even though that was a lot of noodles he shoved down his throat, he never seemed to gain much of anything. It was weird, but considering he ran around quite a bit, it's not much of a surprise.
The soft chime of the bells that hung from the curtain above the entrance had sounded and it was clearly apparent that someone had walked inside. The blond, being his nosy self, just had to see who it was. After slurping up the rest of the contents that were inside his bowl, he stacked it onto his other empty bowls and glanced over the side of him only to see a very familiar face that he wasn't all that very happy to see. Well, that's what he made himself believe at least. Naruto had saw that Sasuke had apparently noticed him being right there, but he had looked away, adding that 'hm' noise afterwards. He fumed slightly and just crossed his arms over his soaked chest as he looked way from him as well, muttering something along the lines of 'Hmph.. stupid Sasuke-teme'.

Sasuke couldn't say he wasn't pleased to see Naruto there. When his ramen came, he broke his chopsticks and murmured a low 'Itadakimasu', before slowly starting to eat. He always took his own time with his meals, unless in competition with Naruto to train, such as what happened when they were in the Mist a while back. His stomach made a noise in protest of the memory.
Eating a group of noodles, the Uchiha quietly contemplated on his plans for the rest of the day. Training was out, as was going to much of anywhere, with this rain. Sasuke made a soft noise to himself, and took a drink of the tea he'd gotten with his ramen. So much tea... As he said he couldn't say he wasn't pleased to see the blond dobe sitting beside him, he told himself that that was only for entertainment value. It was fun to pester the blond.
"You shouldn't eat so much, Dobe. You're going to get a stomach ache, one of these days." Sasuke murmured, even as he took a bite of his own meal and chewed it slowly and delicately. His stomach was no longer protesting, which was a good thing. It was embarrassing to wander on an empty stomach.

After his slight pause, Naruto had worked his way onto yet another bowl and it seemed as though it was going to be his last.. for now at least. He was going to hungry again later and he'd most likely have a cup of instant ramen when he got home. The very thought made him drool a little, but he caught himself pretty quickly. He averted his gaze from his now empty bowl to look outside once more. It was still raining and it didn't look like it had let up at all. The blond sighed softly and turned his attention back to his stack of bowls, wondering if he should have another.
As he contemplated on whether or not he should have more ramen, his thoughts were interrupted when a certain ebony haired male decided to get on his nerves. Oh joy. Upon hearing Sasuke's comment, his azure orbs flicked over in his direction as they narrowed almost immediately. He just loved to get on his last nerve, didn't he? The orange clad male's heated gaze seemed to intensify only slightly and it was clearly obviously that his words annoyed the blond, "Shut up, teme! Could you keep your comments to yourself!?" He replied loudly and pouted slightly, turning his head away quickly from the male. He was so childish, but that's what made Naruto.. well.. Naruto.

The faint flicker of a smirk appeared on Sasuke's lips, but it seemed to be more like a small sneer then anything. He finished the bite of Ramen he was working on, before setting his chopsticks down and taking a slow drink of his tea. The longer he waited to reply, the more annoyed the blond would be, he knew. Naruto was impatient at the best of times.
Finally, the Uchiha set his cup down. "Could you not be so noisy?" he asked, working not to get annoyed too quickly in this quickly-coming spat. Sometimes he was annoyed all too easily. But, this time... this time he could keep control. "Besides- someone has to make sure you don't kill yourself with your stupidity." he picked up his chopsticks and resumed eating. A gust of wind blew in and caused him to shiver, but it was soon gone.

The male visibly twitched. He hated it when Sasuke took his damn sweet time in replying to him. Why couldn't he say things more quickly? Did he want him to explode in his face? The pout he held had soon disappeared from his face, but he was far from calming down. As long as Sasuke was around him, he'd stay in that sour mood of his.
He had finally said something, but it didn't make things any better, that was for sure. Naruto gave him a heated glare and growled lowly, "Could you not be such a pain in the a**?!" He asked back as his temper seemed to grow with each word he spat out and Sasuke's next comment didn't help to calm him down one bit. He silently fumed, his teeth mashing together, grinding against each other violently, "I don't need anyone, especially you, to make sure of anything! I can take care of myself!" He exclaimed and turned around on his seat so as to not look at the male that sat near him. Sure, he was a little aware of the stares the both of them recieved from the other customers that sat around the two, but he couldn't really give a damn about that at the moment. He was too pissed off to really care. His heated gaze flicked over to the outside where it still continued to rain. When was it going to let up? He was anxious to get some more training done, but not while it was raining. He was bound to catch something if he did.

Again, it was a bit before Sasuke replied. He finished his bowl of ramen and set it aside, giving a bit of a sigh. "You're the one who's a pain in the a**, dobe." he muttered, staring at his cup of tea for a few moments, before drinking out of it. "As far as I can tell, you do need someone to keep an eye on you." he looked over to the blond. "There's stupid written all over you- you and that obnoxious orange outfit you always wear. What kind of ninja wears orange?"
Maybe annoying Naruto could be the rest of his agenda for the day. Sasuke observed his team-mate in almost-distaste. Blond hair held down partially by the weight of damp-ness from the rain... From the back, he could almost imagine well-formed muscles, and the lithe form that went with them... Ugh! The Uchiha also turned to face away from Naruto. That was like... like... undressing him with his eyes! He was undressing Naruto with his eyes!
Sasuke hit his forhead with his teacup to try and get the image out of his head, not admitting that it was a little bit of a nice thought...

The blond's eyebrows furrowed furiously as he stared at one of the walls in the small restaurant and if it were possible, his eyes would've burned a whole right through the wooden material. Upon noticing the small pause he once again held, Naruto awaited for what kind of insult the dark haired male was going to blurt out. He hated him. He really did. Or did he? Maybe he just constantly told himself that to hide what he really felt for the Uchiha. Or maybe he was just being a total retard for thinking of such a thing! The blond shook his head free of his previous thoughts, a tinge of scarlet gracing his tanned face. 'What the hell?! I don't even like him! Not one bit! Pfft..!' He thought defiantly, folding his arms over his chest, pouting some. Maybe getting smacked around all the time caused him to lose some brain cells or something..
He had turned around in his seat, glaring daggers at the Uchiha beside him, "Dammit! Would you shut up already?" He exclaimed, his glare intensifying to some degree. He really just wanted to land a nice, hard punch to that smug face of his. That'd cheer him up, to some extent at least. The blond blinked when he saw Sasuke hit his forehead with his teacup. What the hell was he doing? He just shrugged, not really caring as he turned back around in his seat, but this time facing the outside where the curtain hung overhead. It was still raining pretty hard. He wanted to just get the hell out of here as soon as possible, but not through that kind of weather. Nah, he'd rather not. Not unless he really just couldn't take it anymore.

Sasuke ignored the glare directed at him, instead looking to the counter in front of him. When he got the image of undressing Naruto out of his head, having pointedly ignored the other yelling at him to shut up, he looked up for a moment and took a sip from his tea. Looking to Naruto again, he observed the blond, before shifting to look outside, as well. The rain didn't seem to want to let-up, and there were puddles everywhere. Great. Getting home was going to be even more of a pain then he'd thought.
"I guess it's better then the dry season we've had." Sasuke murmured aloud, remembering how droopy the plants around Konoha had seemed to start getting. Maybe there would be more plant and animal life after the rain. The wind picked up again, and the Uchiha sneezed, grimacing and rubbing his nose afterwards. There could be no possible way he... He sneezed again, and he groaned. If he caught a cold, life was going to be hell. Turning around, he asked for some more tea, still idly forgetting Naruto as he disappeared into thought.
