Ok here is the whole story:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today my school had a pep rally. The dance team, drum core, and band were performing.*note im on the dance team* The dance team didn't go to any of their classes because we had to practice and get the entire school "pepped up!" So we performed in the cafateria during all 5 lunches, and we had 10 min. breaks in between! we also did a final show in the school's gym.So, There is this guy...WHO IS MAJORLY CUTE!!*he is in the drum core* He is puerto rican/mexican with curly hair *nearly faints* During our little "breaks" He would always be staring at me and then when I catch him looking, he smiles at me *Literally dies* and then I end up giggling XD Afterschool, He came up to me and said something in spanish..*sounded so freaking hot!!* biggrin then he said it in english "Time is ticking whatcha waiting for, Cuz when the next month hits im quitting." Then he walked away leaving me there like a total idiot!! And my friends kept laughing at me...... ;(Anyone has the slightest idea of what he meant??!!!! HELP MEEEE!!!!!!!

Hmm....I'm probably not the best with boy advice but I'll try.
Ok, from the sounds of it, he's talking about you. That seemed really extremely random (I have no idea what I'd do if some guy came up to me and said that to me...). But, yeah, I don't know what he would have meant by that. I'd go and start talking to him and start to get to know him.
Gah! I'm absolutely horrid with advice of this sort, so I hopes this helps.

Maybe he wants you to ask him out before it's too late because he's quitting drum core next month or something.
