Guild Rules
1.) Please post in the appropriate forum/subforum.
2.) Only Cryptic Composer may create Composition Notebooks.
3.) For organizational purposes please use the following abrivations for thread titles in the main forum of the guild::
i. [GRP] :: General Roleplay; an rp which is free for anyone and everyone to join
ii. [PRP] :: Private Role Play; A private roleplay between invited parties. If you are not one of these parties please do not post without asking the people involved.
iii. [PD] :: Play Date; A playdate between two or more Symphony's and their siblings, caretakers, ect. Once again, if you're not one of the people who weren't initally involved in the playdate please don't join without asking the people involved.
4.) In case anyone was wondering [CN]=Composition Notebook.
5.) Please don't create announcements/stickies without poking Tempest/Hikari and asking permission first.
General Rules
1.) Read the rules and the entire front page. It makes life a lot easier for everyone.
2.) Be nice, we'd like the thread to have a happy, healthy environment. It goes without saying that flaming, harrassing, and/or making a nuisance of yourself is a huge no no.
3.) No stealing of art. If you break this rule you will automatically be blacklisted, banned from the shop and then reported to a mod!
4.) Respect the owners, this is our thread and our rules. We try to be nice people and honestly love constructive feedback, but please don't abuse our kindness.
5.) No mega quotes, meaning more than three (3) large quotes in one post. Exceptions to this rule would be if you were Roleplaying with more than three people are once.
6.) These are RP Intensive pets, so if you just want something to sit in your sig and look pretty then these are not the pets for you. In the future we may have an autobuy price for those who want a Symphony but not the rp requirements, but right now we're really looking for people who want to play out the Symphony's lives.
7.) Realize real life takes precedence over Gaia. We understand that this applies to everyone and we won't jump on you and take away your Symphony if you go on hiatus. Please realize that we, the owners, also have our real life issues to deal with and cannot be online 24/7.
8.) Do not PM asking when the next flatsale/contest/auction/AB slot opening will be. We'll contact you.
9.) Gaia's TOS applies everywhere, here included.
10.) Not so much as a rule as it is a statement but; We love our lurkers! You guys are what makes the shop worth while and eventually there may be events and such for lurkers only, so never be afraid to post and say hello <3
12.)Rules, like most other things, are subject to change and more will be added as necessary.
RP Rules
1.) No God-Moding or Godly characters. While your Symphony may have special abilities and powers if you so choose, please bear in mind that they will still have limits and imperfections.
2.) Formal/narrative roleplay only, 3rd person perspective is what we are looking for.
3.) Informal/general chatter must be done in brackets when RP is going on.
4.) Please don't kill anyone Wait!! Too late xD.
5.) As a Guardian, you are required to post at least once a month in your tome. If you have to go on a hiatus, please, please either post or PM us saying so. If you're going to be gone for a long time, assign someone to take care of your Symphony in the meantime.
6.) You don't need a Symphony to RP in the shop, just RP formally as yourself and you'll be fine <3
7.) Non-Symphony pets are welcome in the Shop.
8.) Whether in IC or OOC, please do not ignore newcomers. We were all new once, and while we don't expect you guys to just shower them with love and affection [Hikari will anyway ><], please don't ignore them altogether as well.
