General Rules:
1. Be nice. Treat your co-members with the courtesy and respect you would like them to treat you with. If you’re mean, I’m mean, and I’m probably a lot meaner than you. So let’s try to avoid a nasty situation and just be nice to everyone. If you have a problem with another member, send a complaint form to the forum moderator. If it goes unresolved, PM the same form to The Hallows Mule.
2. Forum Moderators are like demi-Gods. They have their own little piece of space that they are responsible for. What they say goes. If you feel you are being treated unfairly, send a complain form to The Hallows Mule. That means following their rules, too.
3. Keep it easy to read. No crazy colors or font sizes. If I can’t read it, I’ll delete it.
4. Be creative. Don’t be afraid to make a suggestion. We won’t bite. And don’t forget, if it comes down to it, you can post whatever you want in the Misc. Forum. (Provided it follows rule #5)
5. ALWAYS. I means ALWAYS. Follow the Guild rules and Gaia’s Terms of Service. Failure to do so will result in a warning and then being banned.
6. Participate in as many scenarios as you want, with as many characters as you want. Just make sure that you know who is who and who is in what thread or forum.
7. Images are a must. I don’t care if you use a tektek, a google image or a picture of your grandmother. Your character profiles must ABSOLUTELY have an image to represent that character. This applies to every character in every forum. If one character is in more than one forum, you are still required to submit a profile for each.
8. Literacy is a must. Everywhere in this guild. No chatspeak or anything of the like. Type your words out and try to use the best spelling, grammar and punctuation you can.
9. Always read all stickies and announcements. They contain important information, and are also an avenue for you to make suggestions and comments.
10. Most importantly, have fun. We’re here because we all have a common ground, and if we all follow these rules, there is no reason why we can’t all get along and have a great time!
