The sound of light footfalls could be heard as a creature walked through an almost green field. Snow from the winter was starting to melt but the air was still freezing and the wind still cut through her fur. A shiver arose as an effect. The sun was barely up as dawn started to approach. Trees were still stripped of their leaves and plopping noises could still be heard from the melting snow that fell upon the already moist ground. Mud lay strewn in certain areas where grass was limited. One would probably stay in their nice cozy den until the weather was better and the time was right but one ulaya stayed out.
The dark pelted female trudged through bits of ice, snow, and mud but with no aim. She did not belong in this part and it was all due to curiosity. Her curiosity got her lost ever since evening the day before. She was tired and exhausted but still she moved on. Her home was around here somewhere but this place did not look familiar and there was hardly any snow left like there was in this location.
A small sigh escaped her as she heard the sound of mud scrunch beneath her hooves. It was one thing she did not like. Her forepaws were hooves and the environment beneath her had no feeling but her back paws were normal and they felt everything. At this point in her life, the crossbreed was used to the feeling but that didn't mean it stopped annoying her.
"Curse you," she stated with exhaustion evident in her voice.
If one were present then they might think her weird since she would speak to herself every once in a while and she didn't blame them. Erebus spoke to herself but only to curse her curiousity. She always listened to it in hopes of finding something new and exciting but always ended up in a bad situation or lost, such as she was now.
