okay so i may have an anxiety disorder. see i am allways nervous i mean crazy neverous. i have big time issues with getting yelled at though so i allways make sure to ask questions twice. if im neverous i will go as far as jumping on someone to stop them from saying something is this a anxiety disorder or what?

I think you'll need to provide more information. Anxiety can manifest itself in many different ways, but just be nervous doesn't necessarily mean you have an anxiety disorder.

i will randomally flip out on someone if something sets me off allmost like i dont have control sometimes....my mind feels tense to the point were i cant think and i either allmost curl up in a fetal position or run and hide in my bfs sholder.and i worry when i dont need to and i cant stop ever and i flip out about the smallest things not like bipolar agression just fear.

To be very fair, no one should be able to answer that question with a definite yes or no with the little description you give. We don't have your entire history, medical or otherwise. It is, of course, definitely possible that you do have an anxiety disorder but anxiety can come in different forms with MANY different symptoms. I suggest you talk to your parents or guardians about getting analysed by a professional who can diagnose it correctly. Hopefully by doing that you can get help my therapy, medication, or both.

As for maybe helping, even just a slight difference, I'll give you some options that if you haven't already tried, maybe you could experiment. Do you have a space that is entirely your own? Do you have your own room? Try to get candles and soothing music, or at least music that helps you express yourself when you need to calm down. If it helps, maybe you could go for a walk, the fresh air could help as well as getting rid of that energy in a positive way. Finding something you enjoy doing like reading, doing art, photography, etc. and emerge yourself into that when you feel yourself losing control.

Maybe you don't get enough sleep or you don't eat right! It's amazing the affect that can happen to us if we aren't treating our bodies with respect.

To make it simple, you need to research on this more. See a doctor who might be able to refer you to someone, search online for a website that can give you a 'jump start' diagnosis of what it's likely to be, find out from your parents if there is a history of mental disorders in your family, etc. Try not to jump to conclusions on what it is and explore ways that you can help yourself, even if it's temporary. You sound like me, and I have been diagnosed bipolar but it was during a very difficult time in my life. I had lost my friend from high school to a motorcycle accident 5 days after graduation and then a few months later my grandmother died. We had to cover my aunts grave in order to bury her. So do to the current events that were going on in my life I don't particularly believe the diagnosis was accurate. I would suggest you try and remove as much things from your life that cause you to feel the way you do or antagonized it. Spend at least 15 minutes a day practicing some relaxation methods. You can find a lot of them online. It will help some what. The more relaxed you are and the more you think things through the more you will be able to handle your emotions.
