How old were you when you stopped sleeping with a night light?

I never really used a "night light" but I did sleep with my door open and I had my bathroom light on. One day my mom heard on the news that it was unhealthy to sleep with lights on because your brain still thinks about the light so you don't get all the sleep you could. She never let me sleep with a night light again. I think I may have been 7 or 8 when that happened.

I never really had one, my Dad would leave to door open though. My Grandma plugs one in for me even now when I go to her house. rolleyes
Side note: As I waied the split second for the page to load when visiting another tread, I could have sworn I saw "Night Lions". I passed it off as a shot at my pride from Shadow. xp

I was pretty young when I stopped using a night light. I found something better....moon light.
