well, it started when my mom was out somewhere on vacation (i was in school) she came back all exited about a DvD of his she had bought.
at the time, i had never herd of stevie-ray vaughan.
It was a retrospective of him before and after his drug problem.
the after also happened to be his last performance on Austin City Limits.
first song on the list (and as it should be) was Pride and Joy.
and on the end part of hjis solo he did his twirl move where he whips his strat behind him and plays it behind his back. i was dumbfounded at his skill and different tone
loved his music ever sence.

I watched the video of him playing behind his back Saturday. My friend showed it to me. It was INSANE.
Back on Topic: first SRV song I ever heard was "Pride and Joy" Isn't that everyones? xD

My name is Sky, for future references. When I was a bit younger, my teacher, who liked to sing, started singing the sky is crying, and it freaked me out. He goes "you never heard of stevie ray vaughan?" and I didnt. So I bought the sky is crying cd and I was hooked ever since.
