Heh heh. Actually, I rather like your humor. whee just my little say in this. I don't mean to cut anyone down. And I'm not trying to convince anyone of my ideals. As far as anything is really concerned though, there are so many theories as to how the world was made, so who's right? And more to how it will end, who's right? I have my beliefs, and if God is real, which I do believe, I'm not taking a risk on the last day to beg for mercy and wish I had done more with what He gave me.
There's a book you guys might be interested in reading it's very down to the point, this kid was athiest at the time, it's writen by a college student. It's called the Case for Easter.

Yes the Bible can be considered a theory as much as the Big Bang can. However it's all about preference in the end. Which theory seems more likely. Which one do you think can be proved. The big bang theory is just another possibility stupid scientists come up with. It is an unrewarding ideal, it in fact brings up more questions. Such as...where did the matter from the big bang first come from. Was the matter condensed into that ball of hot energy from something else? The theory in general barely even holds water. . . and yet it's what is taught to little kids in school. Why is that? Why can't we explore other theories as well?

I never said people can't explore other theories. I never said the Big Bang was a plausible theory. If you are directed that post to what I said, all I can think is, "Damn is she reading what I'm posting her getting defensive." If not then why can't humans ponder on how we were created? I agree don't teach it as fact, but don't call the people who thought of it stupid. For them they probably thought of it as a simple guess. A THEORY! Did you know Charles Darwin has never stated that Evolution was a fact. No it was a basic theory that he came up with based on his observation on animal adaptation. Like I said before, I agree whole heartly that these things should never be taught in school as a proven fact, or even as a theory unless all major theories, including the bibles take on how the world was created, should be taught as well. It really burns my a** to hear you all the scientist who came up with the theory stupid. Yes it brings up questions, but it was just somthing they thought. Other speculate on it, why the hell would you call them stupid? Why can't I call Jesus stupid for starting the church and preach that also has questions that can't be answered? I don't mean to offend here, but simply throw your claims and points right back at your face and see how you would like them.

I haven't been on in a while and just wrote down some random thoughts because I was way behind on the conversation. I was just pointing out that it IS just a theory. and how it really irks me that that's all we cover in middle/high school. (after that you can take classes on it in college but...that's years away) I realize that they have to cover a lot in a school year but I would appreciate it that they'd point out that there are other theories!! However now that I type that it may just be the schools I've been to but...that's all i was saying. I wasn't trying to offend u or even direct it to you XP...because I agree with most of that post lolz.
