It's weird how over-confidence usually fails you in the regular season, but not really in the Super Bowl...

Plaxico Burress. Peyton Manning. Jerome Bettis. Joe Namath. Steve Young...the list goes on...

But personally, I have no problem with confidence, unless you're putting down your opponent.

Yea, the same with over-confidence...I have no real problem with it.

It's not like that offensive lineman from San Diego and that defensive back from the Steelers who all put down the Patriots, then lost in the end...Plaxico just guaranteed a win in the Super Bowl (which most athletes in that position should), and look at him in the end...
