Kay, so one day my great-aunt Helen Louis was driving in the car when she heard this cake recipe on the radio. She wrote it down and then gave it to everyone in my family. Since then she has become a celebrity throughout my entire extended family. Her cake is pretty good, here's teh recipe!

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add 1 cup white sugar. Beat. Add 1 cup flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp vanilla. Beat.

Bring to boil 1cup milk and 2 tbsp butter. Add to above mixture. Beat

Place in 8"X8" greased cake pan. Bake at 350˚ for 25-30 mins.

In small sauce pan heat 5tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp butter, 2tbsp milk until butter is melted. Add 1/2 cup coconut and stir until mixed.

While cake is hot top with the above mixture.
