I am gona take the side of the Police here. Now I am going of thoughts that just fired off randomly, But the police could have stormed the party, on word that maybe a criminal they were after was there? (I have seen Swat teams just go in and wreck a party for one guy). I know it said they were srounded by moutans, but there very well could have been multiple noise compliants.
As for them kicking, aiming of rifles and use of tear gas,...Welcome to the world of police brutailty, always has been, always will be.

O my god... This is terrible and I am shaking with shock and fury. eek
I never had heard of this and I'm going to show this to my family, they won't believe any of this unless they see the footage.
I think the police step over the bounds, they shouldn't put tear gas on a bunch of people who were peacefully following orders. They shouldn't be pushing them around this harshly. A simple, "Leave the premise now. The show is cancelled." Is good enough. Just to get one guy, I might understand, if he's very dangerous. But seriously, I think they only did it for an excuse to say all of them are stoned or whatever (remember, not all of them are stoners, only one is known to have drugs on him).
