Ahh band camp...so many stories... like skit night, the dance, twin day.... my friend Trieze and I dressed up as twin life guards..with really short shorts...tank tops and bandana's to match. It was freaky cos these shorts are the ones girls wear...*i'm a girl he's a guy* and his said lifeguard across the front.

This one time. . . at band camp. . .

We were practicing drill downs for fun. Well, I had won the previous game, so I sat out when it started over as a 'liars' round. My friend Amber and I were sitting on the ground talking, and almost got ran over by the band. Not long after that, during the moving commands, our drum major recieved a bright idea on how to trick the band and called a left hace while they were in a forward march. Almost all of the band [ we're relatively small - 50 ] started marching in some form of a diagonal. It was like a half slide left have forward march. It was soo funny.

A bear came. . . and it was like. . . .rawr.

This one time at band camp...So we're having band awards during lunch and they called this one dude from our table so my friend looks at us and says "Hold up your chicken and salute him." And we did. And then another dude was called from our table and my friend looks at us again and says "Take off your left shoe and salute him." The rest of the room just stared at us.

This one time...we were eating chili and my friend(same one) decided it wasn't hot enough. So he goes and pours half a bottle of hot sauce on it. Takes one bite and starts freaking out. His sister grabs the bottle and goes "Derek you realize this stuff says use one drop at a time right?" Long story short, everyone was too busy luahging and passing the bottle around to help him until five minutes later when I told him he needed to drink dairy. He ended up downing about 10 half and half creamers.

And lastly. This one time two guys decided it would be funny to put Icy Hot in places where it should not go. They were in the nurse's office for the rest of the day. Best part? the one dude watched the other do it before doing it himself. So he knew it would be painful.

one time at band camp we had a dance in the camp's food hall. Our shows them was Toy Story 2 so we had a hoedown dance type thing..omg it was soo fun

and another night we were there we were in groups in different corners and we had to go as fast as we could with a pillow case to the center of the room with what ever items we brought. And we were asked to bring the biggest thing we had and one of my friends put another one of my friends in the pillow case and carried him to the center, it was hilarious

One time at band camp, there was construction going around through the old place we could get back into the band room from. D:
There was yellow construction tape that you had to avoid to try and get into the band room, so I was helping my boyfriend [sousaphone player] get under some.
Well.. not knowing, there were metal spikes near my foot. So when I turned to take a step, I tripped and landed on a few others.
I badly hurt my left arm, and had to march with my arm in a slin-k-y thingy. =(
Not fun.. but luckily the band room was rebuild near the practice and football field(s) so I won't have to kill myself again this season :]]

One time...we were marching backwards on our slow/middle part of our show, and I got the worse Charlie's horse ever on my right calf, fell down, had to pull myself out of the formation because my Bd wasn't going to stop the show because of me. I cried on the field until a assistant drum major came and began to sing and message my leg.

Thank god it wasn't at a football game, but my bd never said anything about it and the next day I was having spazed our moments on my right leg, causing me to shake uncontrollably and end up going home.
