Might need a newer version of the plugin...? I know there was an update a while back that enabled it to submit the album the song was from as well. There's a new area on the site in the charts section that will now list your favorite albums by # of songs played from that album.
If you've got an older version of the plugin, they very well could be blocking submissions from anything older than the newest one now...?

For anyone who's not been on LastFM in a while, they've overhauled the site recently with a new layout and some additional features.

Apparently, LastFM lies.
I recently set up another group for a different site I visit regularly, and we just got chart generation this week with only 10 members (instead of the "at least 15" it mentions on the site).
So, I think we really only need 2 members for charts at this point.
