I don't think this is necessary. What if someone posts something and you just want to ask a question about someone's story or something? That shouldn't require more than one sentence. I would suggest simply using whatever punishment system you have to delete spam posts. After all, isn't that what you're trying to avoid? If these rules are meant only for creating threads, you should mention that. It makes better sense to have it that way.
