News: A serial killer has surfaced and has claimed the lives of four soldiers of the the Republic army. Little is know about this serial killer other than their signature way of killing their targets and deposing of the body. All four accounts have been discovered in the capitol city near court houses. Police are working hard to uncover this killer. Any information please contact your local authorities so we might bring this criminal to justice.
