Sterre pulled her bow back, launching only three shots as she moved locations. She saw two guards had been hit, and the third in the arm. She kept her eyes straight as she launched her dagger into an approaching guard's throat. Another hit her in the leg, but she still stood strong enough.

"Corpse." She spoke as she turned, jumping in the air as she landed on top of the guard that hit her. "Time to be your true form." She slit his throat, tossing two more daggers at the throats of the other guards after her.

Vahn smirked as he kicked up a sword, laying in the guard's hands beneath him as he spun around, batting the spear, but not perfectly, towards the captain. It spun like a boomerang as the captain, smirking, grabbed one of the guards looking over towards Sterre and threw him in front of the blade, having the guard die rather then himself as Vahn froze.

"Why!" young Vahn yelled as an assassin stood before Lyon, a guard falling to the floor that had taken the shot from the hand crossbow the assassin had launched.

"Because-"

"I am more important than he is," the captain finished the quote as he smirked, letting the guard drop as he spun around, kicking the guard directly towards Sterre after she had released the daggers. "It seems I hit a soft spot, Vahn," he spoke as the last words seemed to take forever to come from his mouth.

"Eloc."

Vahn gritted his teeth as his fist clenched the halberd. He knew Vahn. He knew what he was. Vahn looked up, seeing Lyon in his eyes as the captain spoke. "You took my place in the kingdom, Vahn. You took the role of Lyon's only son with your appearance. He disowned me, Eloc. He made me a lowly guard so he could train you all the time. So I hired an assassin to take him out. That's how I knew of the incident in the court room, Eloc. After that, I joined Demonica so that way I could possibly have the chance of facing you-to show you that I am better than you!"

Vahn stood silent as the captain had approached him while talking. He drew his sword as Vahn still stood frozen with anger. Holding it to the air, he smirked.

"No," from Vahn caught his attention. "You're not better than me, Myle," Vahn spoke as the captain swung faster. "As a matter of fact-"

It happened in a flash, as Myle froze in sudden shock.

"-you're just like your father," Vahn smirked evily into his eyes, as if something different had come over him, something more evil than what had fought to save the people inside of the cafe. "I see you and your family for what they really are!" he announced as Vahn's dagger had been pulled out, Myle cringing as he knelt over, before meeting Vahn's foot, sending him into the air as Vahn laughed manically.

The Eloc... wasn't himself now, jumping into the air as everyone had frozen, watching this event happen before them as Vahn punched, cratering Myle into the roof with a massive punch, making a decent sized crater within the roof as some of the roof chipped off. He started to fall as Vahn let the halberd go, landing before it and with a massive laugh, back-flip kicked the halberd into Myle, impaling him on the roof as blood dripped down from the roof as Vahn had landed. Vahn smiled evily as a drop of blood hit his head, apparently snappiong him out of it as his eyes suddenly went to those of shock.

"No... it didn't." he whispered, wondering to himself as he started to breathe heavily.

Sterre pushed the guard into the last one remaining, her dagger stabbing into the last one. She pulled all of her daggers out of them and then looked towards Vahn, blood spattering her kimono a bit from the hit she had taken initially. Her leg limped a tiny bit as she approached her target. "All we are is a corpse, Legend. We all become a corpse when we die. You, me, and all you hold dear." Her words stung as she slapped him, the blood on one of her daggers that had come to her fingers going on his cheek. "Learn that well, corpse, you are my target." She then began walking past him.

Vahn's head stood cocked to one side as Sterre had slapped him, a trail of blood on his cheek as she walked past him. Vahn sat there for a moment as he spoke, turning his head back straight as he had done so. "If I am your target, then why am I not dead? Why tell me and not kill me? I deserve to die anyways," Vahn spoke as he turned to face her. "Is it not my time or something... assassin?" Vahn asked, guards rushing to them in the distance as he patiently stood awaiting her answer, if any at all.

OOC: sorry to make a post that is purely an OOC one, but i was just going to let everyone know not to feel bad if things move on without me posting, i mean for it to happen that way... considering the state my character is in... it will prolly happen a few times...

"I don't do anything unless its time. I'm a corpse, and so are you. We all deserve to return to our true forms." Her hands held the daggers. "It's all corpses like me live for, and I'd rather have a good fight. Not some pathetic mercy restoration." She tossed two daggers onto the ground. "Do not become your true form until I come to deliver you." She continued walking, eventually leaving sight.

Vahn smirked. "Interesting," he said as he watched her walk away. The guards, on the other hand, still came. "FREEZE!"

Vahn, on the other hand, didn't freeze.

Vahn ran out as he turned the corner, knocking down a waiter as he jumped into a room, climbing the stairs as he came out on a balcony overlooking the ocean.

The guards caught up as Vahn was no where to e seen. A splash was heard as they overlooked the balcony, thinking that he had gone into the water below. When, actually, Vahn hung to the side, his sword pierced through the wall as he sighed. Looking in and seeing a filmiliar room. Sterre's room. He fogged the window with his breath as he wrote backwards: DEAL

He clung over to his room, carefully and skillfully as he opened his window... with his fist... and continued inside, landing inside as he landed on his bed, panting as he stared to the room, catching his breath.

Sterre looked at her kimono and then moved towards the more obvious area that no one would look at. It was almost at port, she realized as she settled down. The corpse had agreed for her to release him, good enough for her. "It's about time someone released you to your true from, corpse. Let us hope that we may both become them."

OOC: wow...lots of posting...

IC:

Nina had watched the fighting while simply watching the guards. She had teleported, making sure not to get seen, and saw Vahn's trick of hanging to the railing.

"There are truly some very interesting humans on this ship." She said from a high up balcony.

"Humans?" She heard a voice say. She turned and saw a man, looking at her in confusion. She smirked.

"Yes humans..." She said, appearing right in front of him, closing the 10 foot gap. The man gasped and fell back on his butt. She smirked.

"Wh-wha-what are y-you?" He asked her, fear evident in his voice.

"Nothing too special..." She told him smirking. He quickly stood and faced he other way, trying to run, to only run into her again. He let out a small scream of shock. She chuckled lightly and pulled him to her and bit his neck. A scream came from him, which annoyed her. She bit harder and then ripped part of his flesh out as pulled away from him. He fell to the ground, hands over the area she had torn out and looked at her in shock. She grabbed him by the foot and teleported with him tot he edge of a balcony. It was near the back of the ship, and below them was a pool.

"Uh? What the hell? What- what are you going to do?!" He asked her. She smirked and pulled him up higher, then she made him levitate. He was up side down and his eyes were level with hers.

"I'm simply going to rid the world of another lousy human..." She said. Before he could protest, she snapped his neck with her telekinesis and then let his body fall, making a loud splash in the pool below. She smirked as she saw the crystal blue pool water dye red.

Romari woke up laying in a pile of rubble. "Son of a...", he said, standing up and dusting himself off. He drew his rapier as he hit his feet, not wanting to be caught unaware by the p***k that blew up the cafe he had been sitting in. Two guards walked up, brandishing a LFS.

"Well, well, well... Look what we have here," One of them said. "A vagrant. And with a nice, shiny blade, none the less."

"Too bad he was resisting arrest," The other replied. "Looks like we have to kill him!"

"Ah, damn," Romari said. "Look, maybe we can reach some sort of arrangement. You apologize to me and escort me to my room, or you'll wake up stranded on an emergency raft in the middle of the ocean. Your choice, gentlemen."

With that, Romari twirled the blade around in his hand, waiting for the guards to respond...
