Prøblïßn I Ngłärn zkrïłđ nïłtjr - Dïßŝja
Literally - Problem I English speak not.
Zkrïłđ jø plüralßn Dïßŝja?
Do you speak Dïßŝja? Literally - Speak you please Dïßŝja?
"Zkrïłđ" actually means "message" but it's used loosely, an order or written message is still "zkrïłđ". However, an email or text is more commonly "rtø-zkrïłđ" which is basically "auto-message".

Wei tei sa, ala hase nai la. Your language (subject marker) I speak not (tense). I don't speak your language.
Or
English sa, ala hase nai la.
If you want to be exact, I guess.

As for English, I don't do speaking it.

The Nevashi version... The grammar keeps shifting around, but off the top of my head (and therefor prone to error, since I am not fluent in my own languages):
Seya fwaca tel teliyam inlani. /'seja 'fwatSa tel 'telijam 'inlani/ Neg. potential-1st-nonpast speak language(acc) England(adj).
Seya fwaca tel zo teliyat inlani. /'seja 'fwatSa tel zo 'telijat 'inlani/ Neg. potential-1st-nonpast speak use language(prep) England(adj)
These both mean "I can't speak English." You can also say "seya ca tel teliyam inlani"/"seya ca tel zo teliyat inlani", which mean "I don't speak English," which could be used if you CAN speak English, but just DON'T. mrgreen
I'll be back with two more languages when I am not hogging someone else's computer. xd
EDIT: stupid errors fixed.
