They were now inside Lorelei's home, Jan having decided it was silly to walk all the way back to her house when they could just as easily cook here. The two teens were in the kitchen, Jan cutting vegetables for the salad as Lorelei made the sauce for the pasta. The blonde was having a lot of fun.
"... We shoul' do this ev'ry week, Lorelei."

"Yeah, it'd be fun!" Lorelei smiled as she quietly cut up some tomatoes to put in the sauce. She preferred her sauce chunky, with lots of vegetables and fragrant spices. She hoped that Jan didn't mind, but she figured that it would be all right... and if it wasn't, Lorelei could make another batch of sauce.
"I hope you don't mind Ophelia, our maid... she shouldn't bother us, but I'd just thought I'd warn you. Mom and Dad are out right now, luckily..."
She trailed off. She didn't want to get interrupted by anyone, especially her Mom or Dad.
