I'm a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and I would like to know if anyone would know any websites on Extreme Martial Arts. By extreme I mean flips, tricks stuff like that.

Umm, I know somone in my TaeKwonDo class that did that. He quit for some reason, but he taught himself it with gymnastics.

Mike Chat's XMA stuff has been popping up here and there on TV. Google Mike Chat and I'm sure you'll find something.
My dad/sensei thinks it's pretty cool and that when he sees some of us rolling our eyes about the "flash and trash" factor he says it's because deep down we're jealous that we can do it. He told the class that we could use this as motivation to train harder and become better.
It's motivation alright...
...motivation for me to hone my traditional Shorin-ryu to a razor's edge and show those flyboys what's up. twisted
Last tournament was awesome. And XMA guy was competeing and doing all the tricks. Didn't help him when myself and some of the other traditional artists took home all the big trophies. cool whee

LoL very nice, thats what i'm talking about. Jump up in the air and do all this cools stuff while i swipe your leg. (i just made up that saying) Any way that is very true, however you can't help envying them for all their accomplishments and eminse muscular strength. I'm going to work hard by taking a couple gymnastic classes and also training my muscular strength and balance. so far i can do a back hand spring, but somehow when i land on my hands my arms kinda buckle and i touch my head to the floor, any suggestions???
