Not txt tlk, but it is bad grammar. One of my science teachers speaks English as a second language, and I got this email from him the other day...it seems kind of ironic...

Hi,

I came to know that few of you have problem in understanding what I teach as I talk fast. I am sorry for that, I will slow down. Please let me know in the class if you have any sought of problem with my teaching.

As we have to go through all the exercises in the workbook ,please come prepared with the prelab exercises or else it will be difficult to finish the syllabus on time.

No, he doesn't go by K, but I'm protecting his privacy. So, he apologizes in horrid grammar for not being understood...kinda funny really.

Quite honestly, he doesn't talk fast. He is very soft though and he is hard to hear even when he is within 3 feet of me. He goes too fast with the lessons though. It has nothing to do with his speech. We have to do two chapters in our workbooks a day. (3 hour class once a week) And it isn't always that easy.

In his case, it's mostly understandable; his first language is not English. Still, not to sound mean or anything, but don't most message programs come with spell check?
