Please refrain from using any skin tone. Sun-symbology is essential, as is a generally metallic look. I suggest a main coloration of red with secondary bits being of black. Wings should have some black on them, black or black-backed to mimic her little half-cape. Hind feets should be black-ended, but not all black. No need to totally mimic the banding at the end of the skirt if it doesn't look good.
Eyes should be red, or gold, as the coloration of the head defines, and the ear-wings similarly coordinated to be a different color from the head, likely matching the wings.
Total Price: 60-75K

Did you want us to draw the cloths as well or just mimic it with her color design. Also did you want to add the jewelry similar to the gold design on her chest?
With cloths: 60k+100k=160k
Without cloths buy jewelry: 60K+60k= 120k
Without cloths or jewelry: 60+30=90k

Well, no, nod clothes. I like to avoid clothing on creatures like these as much as possible.
I am also unsure how this coloration counts as complex...I was merely trying to be as specific as possible wit the description and image. This isn't a cosplay, I just wanted to give you an inspiration image. Not that I'm unwilling to pay, but I would like to see the logic behind the price tag.
I'm not certain about Jewelry, and tending to hold off...I don't know what it would look like.

So you don't want the hair either? Also I think mindsend might be better a better choice for this design than me. she has a better eye for colors of red, black and gold.
