tanzy set the fish down by fayes feet. she looked at her paw and began to feel faint. seeing her own blood was something she was not used to. she bent over quickly and started to lick up her almost healed wound before she passed out.

Faye almost laughed a little when Tanzy passed out. Moving quickly to make sure the fish she had just set down didn't find it's way back to the water. Making sure both fish they had were safe and sound she lays down next to Tanzy and noses her softly. "Next time maybe playing the waiting game is the best."

tanzy felt something prodding her side gentally. she slowly began to come back the smell of her blood still in the air. she looked at her paw, which had stopped bleeding, and then over to faye. "what happend? why am i on the ground? i was giving you the fish...then my paw... and now im laying down? i don't understand?" she sat up confused, this being her first time to pass out.

Faye watches Tanzy asking what happened after she came to. "You passed out. It might have been from the sight of blood or maybe you got something in it when you went into the water." She smiles softly. "Next time you shouldn't use blood to draw fish closer." She thought for a moment. "Passing out is when you see something that scared you alot, or lack of blood, or sometimes lack of sleep."

tanzy stood up and looked over to the fish. "oh, ok. next time ill just wait for them to come closer. i don't like passing out. its not fun." she walked over to the fish and prodded the one that she had caught. "im starving, can we eat now?"

Faye nods. "Yes now that you are up, we can eat the fish." She got up and went over to the fish she had gotten. It was not moving any more as she picked it up and grined past it. Taking a bite she watches Tanzy to see how she likes the taste of the fish.

tanzy looked at her fish and sniffed it. she took a small bite of it. "its kinda crunchy at first, but then it has a very different flavor. very juicy and strong, i love it!." she bent over and took a big bite chewing slowly to get all of the unique flavor.

Faye watched Tanzy with a smile as she took a bite of her own fish. She always liked the taste of fish. "I'm glad that you like it." Taking an another bite she lets the taste sink in again and smiles.

tanzy had not eaten for a long time. she had learned that if she did not eat her food fast something bigger than her was bound to come along and take it from her. eating fast was now second nature to her and she was almost done with her fish. she studied the fish skeleton that was left behind. "why is the fish shaped so funny? it kinda has the skeleton of a snake. but i thought it would be more like a bird beacause fish fly through water like birds fly through the air."

Faye was not eating her fish that quickly. She did watch Tanzy gulp hers down. "It is because they need that kind of shape to move through the water. They might seem like a bird but they are really nothing like them." She nods and takes another bite of her fish.

tanzy moved the fish around with her paws. she would make the fish skull move mimicking how a fish would swim. she studied all the little bones and joints. "its so interesting how everything fits together so perfectly, and all the little parts it takes to make it move. does everything have this many bones?"

Faye looked at the bones of her own fish for a moment. I'm not sure how many bones we have but I do know we have a good number." She takes another bite of her fish and thinks. "But for other things, yes they do have alot of bones."

tanzy poked around the skeleton until she found the joint that held the skull on. she stuck her claw into the joint and popped the head off. looking at the joint she scratched the bone. "it is all very interesting. do bugs and plants have skeletons also?" she smile at faye with innocent curiosity.

Faye had now finished her meal and was thinking about the question. "Plants don't really have bones or anything and bugs... I don't think they have any bones like anything.. I think they are mainly one big piece."

tanzy stood up and giggled "wow, no bones, i wonder how they stand up and move around. i guess they have other strong parts in thier bodies. like a shell or something like that."
