"Aye, I suppose it is," Gregory laughed. "You'd likely not be the first to think that either." He limped over to her and placed a hand on her shoulder. "I guess after we take care of Sarah you should head back home. And I wouldn't have any thoughts of going alone if I were you, even with that new sword."

Ana packs up Sarah's things, planning to bring them back with her.
"So, what are we going to use to lay her to rest? You don't happen to have a shovel, do you?" she asks as she packs.

"That, milady," Gregory said with a mischevious grin, "Is a very good question." The elf limped arnond the clearing, checking the bandits to see if any if them had carried a small shovel into battle. They had not. He cursed under his breath, wondering how far it was to the bandits' camp, and how many more would be waiting there.

Annalicia stands up and, slightly smiling though her only true friend had just passed away, asks, "Have you..."
She stops mid-sentence and rubs her head, laughing a little chuckle.
"I don't think we've actually properly introduced ourselves," she says as she turns her eyes toward him, "My name is Annalicia Celendril, from the town of Canyon Verd."

"I've taken to calling myself Gregory Moonleaf," he replied, "Saves the humans I inevitably deal with in my travels the trouble of stumbling over the Elven version." He chuckled at the thought, he knew few elves were so accomodating. "As you no doubt heard when I rushed in to save you, I'm from Vegos Verdos."

Annalicia nods a nice-to-meet-you nod to Gregory and asks politely, "Do you perchance know any spell or chant or enchantment that you could use to bury Sarah? I have heard that the elves from Vegos Verdos, the lush plains, are known for their magic, but that's only what we from Canyon Verd, the fertile canyon, hear when we are children."

Annalicia nods and starts to look around again, sighing. There's obviously no shovel around. So what to do now? How to give Sarah the proper last-respects?

Gregory looked around for a second, and then drew his sword. With it, he cut through the grass and the dirt attached to it's roots. He pulled the section of grass off to the side, and glanced at the bare patch of dirt. "How long do you think we have?"
