Ok, I currently have one person on a trial basis for being a Moderator.

Hes on Trial for 1 week, and at the end I want you to tell me if hes done a good enough job.

For the rest I have comprised a Form for you to fill out and i will decide if i think your up for the task.

I'll try out, I suppose. But I'd really like some information regarding the position before I accept (not saying that I'm automatically a good candidate, or anything.) Anyway, here's the application.

Previous Experience in Moderating: I've moderated forums on invisionfree before, and I have a few of my own RPG boards. I believe that I understand the common criteria when it comes to moderating for others.
Why do you think i should pick you?: In all honesty, I've had trouble keeping up with being a moderator in the past, because I'll have this feeling that I have to keep up with it on an everyday basis, or every few days. That's just me. sweatdrop I really need to work on that. Haha. I can't say that I have had any experience in moding for a Gaian guild... so that's a negative. But I guess having the Anti-Beggar's Guild as my first experience wouldn't be bad. smile

Why do you think i should pick you?: Because I'm almost always on Gaia and I stay in the guilds quite a lot. I know how things work around here.
I can give a pretty fair assessment about what someone has done and see their side of the argument.
