I'm not sure about that Idea. Giving people that much power in such a small span of time, I can see that going horribly wrong. Could you imagine all the jutsu's that would be flying around...all the bloodlines...and what about after the war? I doubt any jounin or chuunin would want to go back to being a genin regardless of their RP ability lol. We need to think this one through.

We could hold avatar contests and fan art contests including banners etc. Also tournaments every once in awhile between Jounin, chuunin and genin (split into categories) That way we could find out the good RP'ers from the bad and help the not so good improve their skills.
Something along those lines would boost this guilds activity rate.

I am currently testing out what I think is a good idea, in the Cloud village. I've set up a "check in" sticky. This way members can check in once a day and I can monitor how active certain members are.
This will also help determine which members have essentially left the guild. And will give me some idea of how we are progressing as a guild in general. If anyone else would like to do then this feel free to. If you think it's a dumb idea then fair enough sweatdrop
I'm going to see how it works out and I'll give in the verdict at a later date smile

what about an ally/enemy of the villages column,so that if your in another village you couldn't gain access to a village that is yoyr enemy, and it could determine wich villages have wars,and wich villages would help the village in the war out

You know all of these are great ideas and i was thinking of them too. Most of these will prob happen. We're just sorting the time skip and kages out currently tho.
After all this alot of new things should be coming in.

a puppet area for those jutsus

we should have an annual tournament liek every month we have one and a prize is awarded to winner
we could have a column for the genin jonin chunnin sannin kages etc.
i think it would be a great idea and very fun aswell "D
