Kay, guys, there's a big chance I might actually fix mistakes on this one! I've been working on it for a while so I want to get it just right before I start the lineart. Though...maybe the lineart on photoshop would be easier to fix...Oh well.
Anyway, I was drawing my Pokemon trainer, Ayden, with some Pokemon. But then I realized--I suck at Pokemans andand anatomy but mostly perspective. ;P So...Want to try to help? She's about 16 in this picture. Sketch
EDIT: Finished piece up. Still open to critique.

Soo...Help on human anatomy and Pokemon anatomy? I'm not sure Ayden is mostly anatomically correct...

-: The image started pretty good then you started drawing at different angles. What I mean by this is that a few pokemon you're looking almost straight at them then you have the viewer looking downward on the girl and the backpack.
My suggestion would be that you could use shapes to help you keep things at the same angle. I also noticed the hat is shaded on left and the rest of the girl is shaded on the right. :-

Yeah, that was why I was having so much trouble with the Pokemon; I couldn't get the angle right. .___.;;
Shapes, I've tried. They didn't help me a whole lot but I guess I'm still getting used to them. Dx As for the hat...You're right. o.o I never noticed... xD
The red line you provided is helpful, but I don't think I'd bother changing her angle completely. O; It looks like you changed her body type a bit, too. xD

-: You don't have to make similar to mine, it was more of a visual aid.
Oops, sorry, I didn't mean to do that! X] :-

 crappy perspective doodle
I made a few change, mostly because of the fact that it's hard to feel out perspective in this and it would benefit this piece, to just try and make it less perspective.

soft cell-shading
I noticed that you dont like following the strict, harsh lines in anime stuff. I think soft-cell shading would suit you :]. Personally, I think soft-cell shading is a lot prettier compared to regular cell-shading anyway whee

I didn't use soft shading or actually using lighter blacks for the picture on purpose. I normally do. As for the round part, I knooooow I just can't draw circles. I'd make them round if I could. ;P I'm not very good at perspective either, I know. It's way too late to edit that stuff, but I'll see how easy the small stuff might be to fix. :3
Also...I used plenty of references...I'm insulted. XD
Sorry if I seem like I'm defending my work...Which I know I'm doing. I just feel weird right now. @.@
