Commissioner Betters is the F.E.A.R. team coordinator, main intelligence, and also briefs the members on missions and objectives. He is also in charge of monitoring everyone's vital signs, as well as locating and positioning all members at all given times. Betters stays out of direct combat, for he is solely intelligence, and acts as so. But despite him staying out of combat, he still wears a bulletproof vest. He also has been a part of F.E.A.R. since its creation back in 2002 and still plays a major role within the organization.

Former point man and veteran soldier of F.E.A.R., Jankowski has extensive knowledge of combat, as well as infiltration. He is a well-rounded officer who is able to keep a level-head under pressure. However, due to the injuries he sustained three years back during his extraction he is incapable of functioning as an on-field officer anymore. Instead, he now works back within the headquarters along with Commissioner Betters as intel. Occasionally, he still makes runs onto the front line; driving vehicles such as APC's or other types of trucks for drop-offs or extractions of F.E.A.R. members or SFOD-D members. And even though he has been reduced to vehicle driving, Jankowski still arms himself with is signature RPL Submachine Gun.

Jin is the in-field forensics, medic, and technical officer of the F.E.A.R. squadron. She is primarily unarmed and equipped with only a camera and no body armor. She is never seen on the front lines now, nor in her past, for she comes in to inspect the damage done after the battles are waged. However, due to recent uprisings and shortage of officers in both F.E.A.R. and SFOD-D, she has taken a position as sniper; arming herself with the ASP Rifle. She is able to keep herself maintained under pressure, but when she is faced to direct combat, she soon panics and becomes a bit desolate in attitude.

Raynes, though leader of the second F.E.A.R. squadron, is the highest ranking officer within the faction. He has extensive knowledge of military combat--excelling in the fields of infiltration, field strategies, and even hand-to-hand combat. His primary weapon is generally the G2A2 Assault Rifle and his secondary weapon is always the RPL Submachine Gun. Though he transferred into F.E.A.R. in 2004 from the marines, Raynes has proven himself exceptionally well as a soldier, as well as a paranormal officer.

The lieutenant has served with F.E.A.R. since its foundation back in 2002, and has been an avid "behind-the-scenes"-type character for several years. He worked within the morgue as a forensic scientist under the supervision of Jin for two years. But after she left to become a field operative, he too decided to become one. Quickly scaling the ranks, Chen has reached the title of lieutenant; mastering in-field forensics, infiltration, and technical expertise (much like Sun-Kwon). He was also assigned the same F.E.A.R. team as Captain Raynes was back in 2005 when they infiltrated the Armacham facility. However, when he was sent back out with Captain Raynes and two dozen SFOD-D officers in search of the remaining F.E.A.R. operatives, he sustained severe injuries; resulting in partial paralysis of the body. To this day, he still works as on in-field operative, but with the assist of a Type-12 Laser Carbine, as well as continuous company of SFOD-D officers.

The following post will be the format of the profiles for F.E.A.R. operatives. They shall be sent via private message to me so I am observe and overlook them. Please make sure to follow the guidelines and all rules. Also, when you send me your profile, make sure to entitle the subject, "Surrender is not an option." Also, make sure that when you give your operative a ranking, they must be below the ranking of a captain (if you need assistance with figuring out military ranks, please click here). And make sure to fit the weapon requirements. I know it may seem a bit difficult to understand, however each operative--officer or private--is give three 'slots' for weapons. Certain weapons take up more than one slot--one weapon takes up half a slot. Just make sure when you add much the number that each weapon takes, it does not surpass three (these facts will be reiterated below).

Important Facts to Know

• Generally anyone carrying over a combined weight of 20kg (44lbs) will immediately sink despite the armor having a built-in flotation device
• All F.E.A.R. operatives have vital sign monitors and GPS trackers within their chest plates
• All F.E.A.R. operatives are given communicators allowing them to stay in contact with one another, as well as all SFOD-D officers
• Since there are electrical components within the F.E.A.R. tactical suits, electromagnetic interference can sometimes disturb vital readouts, global positioning, as well as communication frequencies
• All F.E.A.R. operatives are granted the usage of deadly force during all missions, procedures, and missions

Personality:
Cold, apathetic, and hesitant to trust--Kaidan is known to be the most difficult person to not only be around due to his cold nature. However, he is not as loathing and hateful as he portrays himself. When given the task, he will protect those close to him, as well as fight for what he believes in fully (though it does take a great deal to motivate him). The only thing that matches his determination (when applied) is his bravery and pride. Although a bit of a temper problem, he can still function normally and accordingly. And despite his distrusting in others, he is quite trustworthy. When entrusted with a mission or job, he will see to it that it is completed fully.

History:
Kaidan is one of the surviving members of the resistance force that formed after Origin Point blew and Replica took the streets. He and his band of warriors were successful at restraining the platoons of Replica forces from entering the southern sector of the city for three months until they were flanked and completely taken over. Unfortunately, Kaidan and three others (out of originally thirty members) survived the assault. They were later on rescued by SFOD-D operatives and relocated to a more secure area. Nevertheless, Kaidan did not wish to give up the fight then and there. He decided that he wished to continue the fight. So, taking up in arms once more, he fled to the F.E.A.R. headquarters (via SFOD-D escort) and quickly joined the ranks. It has been roughly two years since his arrival to F.E.A.R., and he has become a major asset to the ranks, as are all the operatives. But one of his greatest feats was when he became a sergeant within only a few months of joining. And since his achievement, he has led countless raids and infiltration missions on ATC buildings and structures occupied by Replica and Nightcrawler forces alike. Unfortunately, due to apathetic nature to those he fights along side with, he does not care if they live or die. So, as a total amount of officers (F.E.A.R. and SFOD-D personnel alike) thirty-six officers have died whilst in his care and protection, making Kaidan the most reckless officer of F.E.A.R.

Personality:
Crazed and unstable; Drace is one of the most debatable officers within the known universe. With his impulsive behavior and lack of discipline, he is said to pose a great threat against all those who associate with him. Despite his ingenious mentality, he always seems to be able to twist whatever he comes across into a demented and malice will against humanity and all known life. Some even say that Drace was spawned from the deepest recesses of Hell—rising amongst the mortal realm in order to claim back what Lucifer could not.

History:
There is little known about Drace. He appeared to the F.E.A.R. team back in its origin. He was said to be ranked as a captain originally, but due to his harsh and cruel behavior, he was imprisoned. During his moments in captivity, Drace remained in solitary confinement—almost forgotten about as time passed on. But as time passed, the destruction of Origin Point occurred; rupturing most of the areas around the city—including the bases of F.E.A.R. and SFOD-D. In doing so, this weakened the chambers that withheld the former captain; resulting in his release. As he made his approach to the surface world, he came across many Replica forces. Though his insanity did not subside, he immediately disbanded them all; executing whomever he came across with the utmost prejudice. Needless to say, he did not discriminate against allies or enemies. When F.E.A.R. operatives relocated his position and regained control over him, Commissioner Betters decided to not execute the man, but rather institute him as a soldier once more. But instead of him being a commanding officer again, he made Drace a field operative officer; making sure his blood-lust was always met so as not to instigate further turmoil within F.E.A.R. headquarters. He has been serving as a form of a sergeant for several years now, and continues to do so. However, many of his allies still feel quite wary of his presence; concerned greatly that he may one day snap and strike against allied forces. There has even been a report of him killing an entire squadron of SFOD-D officers when he lead them into the subways, yet no investigation was done.
